A charming log cabin from 1756 with a plot of 1750 sqm with the sea just 100 meters from the cottage. There are 8 sleeping places, sleeps 4 in the main cottage as well as two in each friggebod. In the main cottage there are two bedrooms with a living room as well as a shower and a WC. On the plot, there is also a relaxation area with sauna, shower, sauna and outdoor whirlpool. Three porches with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Walking distance to a long beach and the forest right at the house. About 1 mile to Birsta shopping center with Ikea.

High location with a nice view of the Ångermanälven river. Located between Kramfors and Sollefteå. You will have the entire house and grounds to yourselves. There is a heated hot tub on the Lay Z Spa terrace that can be heated up to 40 degrees. From the plot, there is a private path to Väja swimming area, the walk takes about 5-10 minutes. Nice bike paths nearby and a sea bath for the public a few hundred meters away as well as a jetty during the summer in close proximity to the house, 2 SUPs and 2 bikes are available as well as an inflatable kayak and pool (May-September). Inflatable extra beds are available. The house has 2 double beds as well as a bed that is 140 cm wide. 2 living rooms and spacious surfaces.

Welcome to a new fresh accommodation 5 meters from the lake. Relax and enjoy some luxury and fresh air. Double bed at the loft and bed bed 140 cm in basement level. Please keep in mind that the house has an open floor plan between all levels which makes privacy a bit limited. Here you come in the first place to relax and rest up. But if you want to do things, there are many options! Winter is usually very snowy. Hassela Ski Resort is close by car, about 15 minutes. The hot tub closed under -15gr.

In the bay you will find a great sand beach with a shallow sea. The place offers a magnificent view over the Bottnia sea.
