Stuga Villa

This 4 person villa is located in central Sweden in the province of Jämtland, in the municipality of Ragunda. In the middle of beautiful nature and on the Indalsälven river. The villa / cabin is suitable for 4 people, and has a spacious double bed and a double sofa bed. Equipped with shower and toilet. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker and all pots and pans are available. In the summer it is possible to rent a small sleeping cabin. The garden of the villa / cabin is large and only yours. There is a fire pit and there are two garden sets at your disposal. The whole lies between the forest and the river Indalsälven. The garden is suitable for children and dogs. Please note that the holiday home can only be reached via a road that has not been surfaced (gravel path of about 500 metres) There is a travel bed for small children in the holiday home. At 1.8 KM you will find the ski track and a cross-country route. The heated outdoor swimming pool is 100 meters away. The Nordig Wilderness Spa of Hammarstrands camping (hot tub, sauna and grill hut) is 100 meters away and can be used for a small fee. Canoes can be rented at Hammarstrands campsite. It is wonderful to fish in the river and the various lakes in the area. The village is within walking distance with various shops and a gas station. A doctor's post is 150 meters away.

In a beautiful farm environment overlooking fields and sea in all directions, the house on Dekarsön offers a quiet and inspiring stay. Our farm is located on an island 9 km east of Örnsköldsvik, which forms the northern part of the High Coast. Directly adjacent to the house is a nice garden, a large greenhouse and many patios, all overlooking the sea or meadows. 100 meters from the house there is a nice secluded beach with cliffs and jetty in the best evening sun position.

Only 30 minutes from central Sundsvall is this cottage, in the middle of the forest. Here, you can really relax and feel at ease. You also don't have any neighbors in the cabin. A perfect cottage for parmys or 4 adults. You have a great view and setting around the cottage, and you have the lake only 150 meters from the cabin if you want to go for a swim. Welcome to a very quiet and tranquil place in the North of Sweden. You rent the entire house and you will be the only people on the property. Up to 7 adults can sleep in proper beds in the house. Huge private garden where the kids can play around. In the summer there is also an option to use the heated pool. 20 min by car to the Elk farm and 10 min by car to the 18 holed golf course in Mariebäck (open in summer) and 10 minutes by car to the slopes in Agnäs
