Small apartment, very well decorated and pleasant. It overlooks the parking lot, so it's pretty quiet. Just minutes from Futuroscope. Just note that for "big" people the shower is quite narrow but it still works!

Accessible on foot from the train station (30 min), the accommodation is perfectly equipped and spacious. The proximity to a shopping mall allows you to complete access to shops. Nothing is missing, it's great.

Very pleasant stay in a charming little corner of the countryside, while being close to the Futurocope park. Magalie and Vincent are very discreet, do not impose themselves, but are very responsive to any questions. The outbuilding is large, air-conditioned and has all the necessary tools for cooking and storage. The garden is great (very nice little chickens) and the atmosphere is Kid's friendly! Great

Very good stay at Irene's. We felt at home. Quiet place in a residential neighborhood, quiet neighbors, very well-equipped house. Close to the very nice center of Poitiers, and the Futuroscope. Thank you for the thoughtful attention upon arrival.

Excellent stay, with everything you need. Parking in front of the door, kitchen fully equipped with ice cubes already made. Airconditioning was effective, big flatscreen television, shower hot and plentiful which is always a big plus. Washing machine and dryer and the internet fast, all for an excellent price. The host was very responsive with clear instructions. Recommended!

A real favorite! The house is beautiful, carefully decorated, cozy and very comfortable. The bedding is great, and the great coffee machine was greatly appreciated. As a bonus: just 3 minutes from Futuroscope, this is the perfect location. The host is available and very attentive. We will come back without hesitation

This is a charming, characterful, and historic apartment in a jaw-droppingly beautiful location right in the heart of Poitiers.

Studio conveniently located next to Futuroscope. We stayed 3 (2 adults and 1 child) for 3 nights so we could go to Futuroscope. Bed and house linen are of very good quality (and extremely clean). As stated in the listing, the loft bed is only suitable for children (low ceiling height). The check-in instructions were sent very early and they were very clear. I would recommned this property

Perfect studio for a night close to Futuroscope. The listing is as described. Clean accommodation and the arcade machine has its little effect for retro-gaming lovers. The bedding is fine and the bathroom is sufficient, the hair dryer is a plus.
