Villa Arietta is a dream house. Located in the beautiful hills just outside Kissamos, 10 mins by car from the sea. The house is marvelous and has all the comforts you need to enjoy a perfect holiday. We were two couples with one toddler and a baby and both indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect for our needs. Also, thoughtful little touches like a welcome hamper with local products, and numerous amazing toys for the kids to use in the garden. Arietta and her husband have been extremely helpful and accommodating throughout, and communication has always been quick and proactive. We loved our stay and we really hope to come back again. Definitely recommended, one of the best places we’ve been to!

The best place we've ever been to! This place was just gorgeous! The location is fantastic: quiet, located directly on the sea, with a breathtaking view. The large terrace invites you to linger and offers absolute relaxation in complete privacy. The space itself is new, very stylish and furnished to a high end. There is nothing missing – especially the kitchen is fully equipped, so self-catering is easily possible. Communication with Stelios was excellent: fast, warm and helpful – you feel well looked after. In fact, the space is actually even nicer than in the photos. If you are looking for peace, comfort and an unforgettable stay, this is the place to be. Absolutely recommend – we will definitely be back!

Nice functional little villa, clean and well presented. The neighbourhood is calm and there is an excellent Taverne at 3 minutes walking distance. We didn't go to the near beach but found the location very convenient to visit Balos, Falassarna and Elafonissi beaches. Kassimos is the closest town with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. Overall highly recommend!

If you want peace and quiet, this house is a perfect choice. We loved the barbecue facilities.

We’ve never experienced an Airbnb like this – in terms of both the villa and the hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Eftychis and his wonderful mother – you made our stay unforgetable! We were seven people, including three children (one toddler), and everything was just perfect. The villa is spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely well-equipped – the kitchen had top-tier appliances, and the baby gear was modern, clean, and like new. The house is set in a peaceful location with a breathtaking sea view. When we arrived, a delicious homemade Greek salad and cookies were waiting for us – such a warm welcome! Eftychis was available via chat the whole time: kind, helpful, and always with great local recommendations. This place truly combines beauty, comfort, and care. We’d come back without hesitation. We booked Ewa’s place for my birthday and it was simply stunning! The apartment is in a beautifully renovated and restored traditional stone house with the most breath taking view from the terrace. It matched exactly the photos and was even more beautiful! All the details and decor were really creative and done with a lot of love - it has such an amazing cozy vibe. The place was pristine clean and smelled amazing, all the linens and furniture and cutlery was super high quality and there was even some fruit and veg for us to make breakfast. The location is excellent as you are super close to all the great attractions of west Crete but elevated in a very quiet village which is peaceful and super serene. The parking was great - right outside the house and the location was easy to find. Ewa was a brilliant host, she is a very warm and friendly person and gave us some great recommendations for some questions we had. We can’t wait to book this place again and we would 100% recommend!

Upon our arrival at the house, we were greeted extremely warmly by Stefania's parents with treats and lots of information, they took a lot of time for us and we immediately felt welcome and comfortable. Stefania was also always available and took nice care of us. That was a very unique hospitality! The 360-degree panoramic view is the absolute highlight of this apartment, and we felt like we were staying on a lookout tower. The wide views both of the sea and the village of Rokka and the rocks are incredibly beautiful, a real dream! One day we took a very private boat tour from Kissamos with Dimitris, Stefania's father, to Gramvousa and Balos. This was a great experience and absolutely recommended! The house is equipped with all necessary things for a nice holiday. We spent a lot of time there, relaxing on the balconies and enjoying the peace, nature and views. Thank you!

We loved our stay and if we get the opportunity to visit Crete again we will definitely book a few more nights. The location is amazing, incredible views from the terrace and extremely peaceful.
