I had a wonderful stay! The listing was incredibly detailed and descriptive, so I knew exactly what to expect—and the apartment was just as described. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The location is perfect, you can find everything needed nearby - groceries, a market, pharmacies, bookstores, restaurants, cafes, gyms, and it is also easy to get to the city centre and the beach by public transport or even by walking. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

The apartment is amazing, and has everything you might need. The 2 rooms are big enough, you have AC in every room. The kitchen is full equiped. Yoanna is very friendly, she sent us all the info we needed, and she was kind enough to let us make a late check out. Also, the parking spot was a bonus, a bit right, but if you are carefull, there are no problems.

Gavrail was a great host. The apartment was spotless, well designed and excellently maintained. All is done for a comfortable stay and access to the beaches in the center of the city. We strongly recommend it to everyone.

I would say, Presley's property is the one of the best I've visited. Stylish, clean and comfortable, what more does one need.

The hosts were very friendly, Gogo explained everything to me in a concise and clear manner, regarding the apartment itself, it was clean and had everything you could have needed. The location is top notch, you are literally 4-5 minutes away from the train station (walking distance), as well as the Port Varna (7-8 minutes). Basically, you can walk to any of the major places in Varna by foot in less than 10-15 minutes.

Well kept place. All amenities and appliances top notch. Parking spot a great plus.

Apartment was very spacious, well presented, all amenities to complete an enjoyable stay Well Located close to beaches, restaurants and other attractions. Watch out for the giant killer seagulls swooping on your food when eating in the promenade Brisk 20 min walk to the railway station (don't follow google maps) 5 mins by taxi, the team were very helpful in organising a taxi for us on our departure overall the team were very helpful Bob

We had a wonderful stay at the property — the views were breathtaking, and the place itself was absolutely gorgeous. The beach is just a short walk away, which was a big plus. The only minor drawback was that the property is on the top floor, so there were quite a few stairs. While that’s to be expected with such stunning views, it was a bit challenging for one of our guests who has difficulty walking. Parking was generally manageable, though it might be tricky on busier days. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we truly enjoyed our time there!

Great place for a getaway surroundings were beautiful and very difficult to find such a place with an astonishing views like that. Access to a private beach and restaurant. The hosts were also very hospitable.

The stay was completely pleasant. Easy check-in and check-out. We only had one key for 4 people, but in the end we learned that we could have gotten a second one. Nearby is a beach that no longer resembles the photos, a complete ruin. There's not really anything nearby, but you can drive to the Golden Sands in 10 minutes by taxi and to Varna in 20 minutes. Pool was clean. In the shower, there were slight traces of mold on the floor, we had no hot water 2 times and no water 1 time for a few hours. Nevertheless, I highly recommend the stay.

this is a very nice place. we only had one night but really enjoyed it so much. the receptionist was so friendly , Nikolay let us check in early which was also extremely nice. the white cliffs are stunning . don't miss doing the walk all the way to the cliffs. it's worth it. the place is well maintained and clean. the pool bar has amazing views and good prices for the cocktails. the restaurant on top called Octopus really is amazing after you had some sunset drinks at the bar. highly recommend to spend a few days there!

Great Location and really comfy place. The whirpool was not functional and we were informed in a timely manner. We proceeded with the reservation anyway, mostly because of the location. We had a very pleasent stay and we were able to celebrate New Year directly in the center of Varna. Easy to recommend.

Clean,nicely arranged apartment,equipped with what is needed to have a carefree stay. Very communicative and responsive host - considering that in 2 days the water was stopped, he proposed us ( and we accepted) to move to another location, being the eve of the new year and not knowing how long it can take to fix the problem in the entire area. The second apartment also clean and well equipped. Pet friendly, an advantage for us traveling with a little poodle. I recommend, on a new visit to Varna we will come back to you. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Varna! The space was immaculate, beautifully designed, and everything inside felt brand new. It had all the amenities and accommodations one could ask for—fully equipped kitchen with every utensil imaginable, comfortable furnishings, fast Wi-Fi, and even small thoughtful touches that made the stay feel extra special. The view from the apartment was simply stunning—waking up each morning to the panoramic sea view was a highlight of my trip. The host was equally fantastic—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and every question I had was answered promptly. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a truly breathtaking setting so perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and can’t recommend it highly enough!
