Vacation rentals with beach access in Varna

What a beautiful apartment with a perfect location - 5-10 min walking to the Festival Culture Center (ФКЦ) and literally across the park to the sea (5 min tops)! Very responsive hosts and overall great experience. We’d love to be back.

The hosts were very friendly, Gogo explained everything to me in a concise and clear manner, regarding the apartment itself, it was clean and had everything you could have needed. The location is top notch, you are literally 4-5 minutes away from the train station (walking distance), as well as the Port Varna (7-8 minutes). Basically, you can walk to any of the major places in Varna by foot in less than 10-15 minutes.

Everything was great, we had a good stay. Location is really good. Can be the best spot in the city. Big conftable house!

This is a great place to stay when in Varna. It is located in the pedestrian zone of the city center, 5 minutes (walking) from the beach. A very nice and private apartment that offers all the household amenities you need. Clean and excellently maintained. Very polite host. We are coming back here for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at the property — the views were breathtaking, and the place itself was absolutely gorgeous. The beach is just a short walk away, which was a big plus. The only minor drawback was that the property is on the top floor, so there were quite a few stairs. While that’s to be expected with such stunning views, it was a bit challenging for one of our guests who has difficulty walking. Parking was generally manageable, though it might be tricky on busier days. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we truly enjoyed our time there!

The best place to stay in Varna. A walkable distance to the beach, shops, the centre and only a 25 minute walk from the big Golden cathedral. Had the best time and Petko is an amazing host. Thanks and see you next time!

Изключително приятна обстановка. Съседите са много дружелюбни а локацията е просто върхът- тиха и спокойна улица, буквално на метри от морската градина. Чисто, спретнато и компактно. Като единствена забележка мога да добавя, че имаше лек проблем с езичето на входната врата. Със сигурност ще го посетя отново!

Hristo is a great host very friendly and sociable. He helped us with accurate instructions about the location. It's definitely the kind of place you will want to return to.

Къщата е голяма и просторна и изглежда по-добре в действителност, отколкото на снимките. Има всичко необходимо и екстра плюс за климатика, миялната машина и барбекюто 😃. Комуникцията с Ангел е бърза и лесна. Единственият минус е, че не беше много чисто. Но като цяло си изкарахме страхотно и препоръчваме мястото!

L’emplacement de la maison est parfait, à seulement quelques pas du parc et de la rue principale où l’on trouve de nombreux restaurants et cafés. L’hôte est un monsieur âgé très aimable et toujours souriant, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Le logement était très propre et agréablement parfumé. C’est un lieu idéal pour passer la nuit, même s’il n’y a pas de cuisine pour cuisiner. Du café instantané et du thé sont néanmoins mis à disposition, ce qui est très appréciable. Une très belle expérience que je recommande chaleureusement.

Vitali's apartment and hospitality made our first visit to Golden Sands, Bulgaria an unforgettable experience. He went above and beyond in order to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure all of our questions were answered. Seeing and enjoying the perfection of the apartment and the view was unlike any other experience we have ever had. The grounds of La Mer Apartments and the perfect private beach added to the coziness of the apartment and made our vacation even more special and memorable. I would recommend Vitali as a host and this apartment as my first choice everytime, and I can't wait to come back!

El alojamiento tiene unas vistas increíbles hacia el mar. Además está muy bien equipado, amplio y cómodo. Romiana siempre respondió rápido a mis mensajes, y tanto ella como su pareja fueron muy receptivos para resolver cualquier inconveniente. Lo unico, al alojamiento se accede mediante unas escaleras (cosa que se menciona en el anuncio), no muy cómodas en caso de tener niños pequeños con carrito.

Villa très spacieuse et très propre. La piscine est un vrai plus. Des plages sont accessibles à pieds pour se rendre à varna il faut privilégier les taxis locaux. Thierry est très disponible en cas de besoin, il répond rapidement.

Будинок чистий і просторий, відповідає фото. Господар привітний. Нажаль, відсутня територія біля будинку, де можна було би провести час дітям. До моря на авто - 3хв, стоянка біля моря платна. Пішки 15хв до моря, хвилин 20-25 назад (дорога вгору). Пляж чудовий, безкоштовний. 15-20хв до центру, де розташовані лунопарк, магазини, кафе і т.п.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a central location but incredibly calm and safe — a perfect combination. The bed was very comfortable with an orthopedic pillow, which made for great sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook, including bakeware, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, and even wine glasses. The space is beautifully thought out — it truly felt like home. Stable internet was a big plus as well. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend it!

Ce logement est très bien situé, à l'angle d'un boulevard touristique, à 10mn à pieds de la plage. Une décoration soignée, de la très belle vaisselle, une cuisine très bien équipée, une literie confortable, la douche dans la chambre et les toilettes séparées sont très appréciables. Le petit patio dans la chambre est pratique pour faire sécher du linge, et donne vue sur la mer. Le seul bémol c'est l'ascenseur qui est très bruyant et qu'on entend dans la chambre.
