Vacation rentals with beach access in Varna beach

The flat is spacious and airy. Don't be put off by the state of the building, the flat is lovely. Access to the Maritime Park is quick, and the view is a delight. Parking can be a concern, but there are nearby options if the closest spots are unavailable. We would return.

We had a wonderful stay at the property — the views were breathtaking, and the place itself was absolutely gorgeous. The beach is just a short walk away, which was a big plus. The only minor drawback was that the property is on the top floor, so there were quite a few stairs. While that’s to be expected with such stunning views, it was a bit challenging for one of our guests who has difficulty walking. Parking was generally manageable, though it might be tricky on busier days. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we truly enjoyed our time there!

This is a great place to stay when in Varna. It is located in the pedestrian zone of the city center, 5 minutes (walking) from the beach. A very nice and private apartment that offers all the household amenities you need. Clean and excellently maintained. Very polite host. We are coming back here for sure!

Wonderful host Extremely thoughtful. He thought of everything from Turkish coffee to cleaning detergents, from plastic wrap to complimentary fruits. He's a really nice and thoughtful host. Also the house was very clean. It is also a 5-minute walk to the wonderful beach and restaurants. We also loved that it had its own parking lot. Maybe just one more sofa. It would be better for 4 people. But no big deal. I would recommend everyone to stay here. 👏🥰

Our trip started very well thanks to the welcome from our host! The smile, the good mood and as a bonus a good bottle of wine and that's great! We had everything we needed, our stay was as pleasant as it could be, lots of fun and things to do in Virnitsa and Varna. There are lots of spectacular views and natural views really close, our longest trip was 1 hour car ride but definitely worth it. Will stay again in the future.

The room is clean, comfortable, and the area is very quiet. It's easy to find and Gancho is a fantastic host. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. I will 100% visit again and do recommend to others.

Vitali's apartment and hospitality made our first visit to Golden Sands, Bulgaria an unforgettable experience. He went above and beyond in order to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure all of our questions were answered. Seeing and enjoying the perfection of the apartment and the view was unlike any other experience we have ever had. The grounds of La Mer Apartments and the perfect private beach added to the coziness of the apartment and made our vacation even more special and memorable. I would recommend Vitali as a host and this apartment as my first choice everytime, and I can't wait to come back!

The home has amazing views of the sea. It is also very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Romiana always responded quickly to my messages, and both she and her partner were very responsive to resolve any issues. The only thing is that the accommodation is accessed by stairs (which is mentioned in the listing), not very comfortable in case of having small children with a cart.

Very spacious and very clean villa. The swimming pool is a real plus. Beaches are within walking distance to get to Varna, you have to prioritize local taxis. Thierry is very available if needed, he responds quickly.

The place is really nice and the host was very kind. He answered all of our questions. The house was clean and it has everything you need to feel like home. There is a 24/7 open store in the area and a lot of activities nearby. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely come back!

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a central location but incredibly calm and safe — a perfect combination. The bed was very comfortable with an orthopedic pillow, which made for great sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook, including bakeware, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, and even wine glasses. The space is beautifully thought out — it truly felt like home. Stable internet was a big plus as well. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend it!

The place met my expectations, everything was phenomenal, except it was quite loud because the elevator is located right next to the wall of the apartment, and every time someone was using it you could hear it from the apartment. But everything else was very nice)
