New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Friend. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

For those who want to stay completely unique in their own house in a cultural area, with horses, cats and access to our own jetty. You have your own outside space with barbecue and cozy playground for children. You love the proximity to adorable beautiful nature and trails. You appreciate having access to your own dock and being able to take a dip in the lake. You also want to see culture. We will be happy to show the farm that has been restored according to old methods. It is close to golf course and picturesque town of Arvika with art museum and cafes.

You can relax at the place or go on Finnskog's hiking trails, cross-country skiing in the middle of summer in the ski tunnel in Torsby, about 40 minutes to 2 alpine facilities (Hovfjället and Ski Sunne), We use the cottage very myself so please let me know before booking!!! Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

Fully equipped cottage where you can burn in the fireplace inside or light a fire by the barbecue area that is undisturbed from other neighbors. For the largest nature experience you can use the boat that is included. The electric motor allows you to glide silently through the leafy canals right around the corner. 10 min from the shopping center.
