Vacation rentals with lake access in Varick

The place was great and bigger then I expected. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do.

We had a wonderful week there. The place is great and is exactly as listed! Taking the kayaks in the lake was amazing. The house with within 30 minutes drive of at least two dozen wineries, cideries, and breweries. The only down side (and it’s minor) is that the road outside the house is busy and you can hear it in the bedrooms. Would definitely stay again!

The house was just as described! Comfortable with lots of space. There were two bedrooms and two living room areas with pull out couches. We went to a few of the wineries around; there was a lot to choose from! We loved sitting on the dock. Only things worth noting are the parking situation, where 5 cars are all that is allowed to be parked in the driveway. This wasn’t mentioned in the listing, but the owner messaged a few days ahead of time to let us know. This could be difficult if you’re having 12 people. There is an additional spot across the street where we were able to fit one more car, but it may not be enough space. Consider carpooling! My party didn’t care, but there were a LOT of dead bugs in the doorways, which could be hard to avoid at a lake house but felt like it was missed during cleaning. There were some dishes left in the sink and the dishwasher & the grill was pretty dirty, so it was also just missed during cleaning. Otherwise, our stay was great & we’d stay again!

The house is small and cozy, perfect for a couple. We loved it. The sunrise looking out the living room windows is phenomenal. The views of the lake are great. Non-stop fish jumping in the lake. Fishing from the dock was good. Caught a bass by the dock.

With several beautiful wineries close by, the location was perfect for a weekend trip with my mom & sisters. Sarah and team were proactive in their communications and left a lovely welcome gift for us to enjoy during our stay. The house decor/aesthetic was welcoming and cozy as well — plenty of space for the four of us to relax and sleep comfortably!

Erin's place was the perfect location for a guys weekend! The house was very nice, tons of space and perfect for what we needed. Very close to breweries, wineries and Geneva. We also loved the lake being right across the street. I highly recommend a stay!

The interior of the house was absolutely gorgeous—beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and incredibly cozy, making us feel right at home. The host was very responsive to all communications and dealt with a small issue promptly and professionally, which we greatly appreciated. The views from the property were lovely, offering stunning scenery that enhanced our relaxing getaway. While the exterior could use some improvement to match the interior’s charm, it didn’t detract from our overall experience. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable and scenic stay!

My boyfriend and I wanted to extend our trip to FLX by a day and came across this gem. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a warm smile that made us feel at home. Everything in this apartment is intentionally made to match the vibrant history of Seneca Falls. The furniture, lighting, silverware and decor make you feel like you are living in history. I especially liked the old card books on the dressers in each room . Bed was comfy and the blankets kept us warm. Sven is renovating this property so there are some cool upgrade’s to the property future guests will enjoy. I feel the welcome message and the whole listing is very clear to what you can expect and what is to be offered. I needed a hair dryer and John was quick to help. Check out was a breeze! Had a girls weekend, and this was the perfect place. Beautiful views and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and friendly. Gave us great recommendations for places to eat. Would love to come back.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I made the reservation, but this place looked beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised, everything was exactly how it looked in the photos. Kristin and Steve were great hosts, making sure I knew that I could reach them at any time if needed.

This is the third time staying at Jamie's Salmon Creek House, we love it. very modern and comfortable with a great atmosphere!! We love the restaurant and pizza place next door. Look forward to staying here again.

My college roommate and I stayed in this AirBnB for our reunion, and were happy with our choice. Great location, sweet little unit, the owners anticipated the needs of their renters very well in terms of what was provided in the kitchen (whole bean coffee + grinder!) and unit. We were two adult female travelers, so used both the bed and the convertible couch - I thought the bed was the most comfortable I've slept on in *any* AirBnb and I've probably stayed in over 3 dozen, so that's saying a lot! My roommate said the couch was "fine" comfort-wise. The A/C unit works great and was adequate to the task. The location is awesome - just down from a coffeeshop (Monaco's), and right near downtown so a quick walk home after a final night out with college classmates. The floors in the kitchen and on the stairwell outside the apartment were pretty squeaky, but it's an old building so that's to be expected. I appreciated the extra linens and the ironing board. I loved the paint color and decor!

Seth’s place was a 1000% worth it. It landed up being one of the best things in our trip and the place was so amazing decorated. Seth and Annie were super responsive and were very warm! I loved all the recommendations Seth gave us and we actually listened to his recommendations and visited all the cafes and hikes. I definitely know that I’m going back at Seth’s and Annie’s place in the winter! ❤️

Great place for a girl’s getaway. My 2 friends and I enjoyed our 3 night stay. We never left the property! It was so peaceful and relaxing! We plan to come back next year!!

Our stay at Durga's was superb: The apartment was spotless and spacious and easily accessible from the driveway. Everything in it was neatly and tastefully arranged. There was plenty of hot water, and many towels of various sizes were put out for us. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessary appliances and utensils. A large television was available (which we did not use). Perhaps the biggest surprise was the bed's mattress, which was the most comfortable we've ever experienced. We awoke without the usual aching back and sore shoulders. The house itself is very quiet, located on a small country road not far from Route 89, the main thoroughfare of the area, with forest and chirping birds all around and Taughannock Park within walking distance. We heard no sound of traffic the entire time we were there. Durga made herself readily available, should we have any problems or concerns, which we did not. It was all in all a wonderful stay!

What a lovely stay! The cottage's location right on Keuka Lake was absolutely perfect, offering amazing wildlife and lake activity. We truly appreciated the privacy and genuine homey feel – made us feel immediately comfortable. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. We'd definitely stay again!

We stayed at this cozy home over a long weekend catching up with some friends. The hosts were very responsive whenever we needed assistance throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable and the home was tidy. Great view of the water and not too far from local wineries and restaurants. Overall a good experience.

We had a great time staying at Kent's place for a peaceful friend's weekend. The deck and dock were great to hang out on even when the weather decided to turn rainy. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us and a great home base for touring the winery's and trails in the area. Kent recommended stopping by Hammondsport where we grabbed lunch at the Tavern and ice cream from Crooked Lake which were both great. Kent was very responsive to our questions that came up and we'd highly recommend staying here for a peaceful lake vacation.

Cute, cozy and perfect for our weekend getaway. Everything was so clean and Jennifer provided many items around the house to maximize comfort and convenience. Any questions were promptly answered and instructions from check in to check out were clear and easy to follow! Definitely worth the stay!

If there was a sixth star I would check it. The cabin was exactly as expected. I am looking forward to staying there again.

Our stay at Kate’s was perfect for my graduation weekend. The house had everything we needed, and the views were absolutely stunning. Kate was super responsive and really accommodating, which made everything easy. I’d definitely love to come back when the weather’s nicer and try out the kayaks and paddleboards. Highly recommend!
