House vacation rentals in Varadero

We enjoyed our stay in Varadero in this residence. However, even if the other one can't do anything, the current situation in Cuba makes sure that there is a lot missing in the grocery stores and we had to look for bottled water that we finally found at Calle 33.

We adored our stay at this house! Extremely spacious and perfect for a large group like ours. It had multiple patios, where we had amazing game nights and drinks with the family. EXTREMELY close to a beautiful clean beach - literally 2 minutes walk from the house. Amazing location: it’s right at the beginning of Varadero with walkable access to downtown and all restaurants/amenities. Very close access to the bridge to Santa Marta which allows to explore real Cuban life. The house is peaceful, with lots of greenery and plants - we loved the ambiance. Special thanks and gratitude to Dalia who was available to help whenever we needed it, and made us feel at home! She is the soul of the house and an amazing help with everything (navigation, recommendations, food, etc) you may need during your stay. The host, Maite, was also able to provide WiFi during our stay which was very helpful. Thank you both Dalia and Maite! We will definitely come again!

Great experience! We are very happy to have met such a hospitable and friendly family. Maybe slightly below the standards for us Europeans... the kitchen was cheap and some ants turned here and there, but you're in the tropics if you don't adapt not to go there, the insects are almost everywhere. Anyway, thank you for being simply wonderful Liz and family (mom Raquel and dad Lazzaro) are highly recommended. They found us practically everything and you know that shopping in Cuba is very complicated. Thank you and see you soon.

What a great place to stay, friendly, clean, quiet. Super hosts. The beach restaurants and bars are all within east walking distance. Varadero does not have much in the way of food and drink shops so we got these from over the bridge.

great location, literally sitting above the sea! very nice terrace with direct access to the sea... Rooms were very clean and modern and good quality! fully recommended

Our hosts, Otto and Lidi, received us with open arms. They were so easy to talk to and always made themselves available for anything we needed. Super welcoming and nice. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were also very clean and beautiful. When the power went out, the backup generators kicked on automatically so we had no issues with lighting. My only critique is that the house presented itself as a standalone home when really it’s a series of bedrooms that are connected to what I would describe as a small housing complex. Multiple family members, along with Otto and Lidi, living on the premises so there wasn’t exactly a house let alone to ourselves. In all, it was good and we are super appreciative for the stay.

My family and I stayed at Hamed’s AirBNB and we felt like HOME , They are AMAZING!!!! Everything was clean , organize , they helped us at any time! I really recommend this house! So private , well equiped , I really love it!! I would stay again as soon as I can!

Beautiful home with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff there make you feel like you royalty service at your fingertips. I will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in Varadero.

Amazing! It met my and my family's expectations. The spectacular house, a wonderful view, with magnificent conditions. The house is very clean and behave. A lot of privacy and Mr. Alfonso always at your order. I actually felt right at home. The neighborhood is very quiet, very good food nearby and with delivery service. Highly recommended, I would come back without thinking!!!

Our stay at María Elena's house was truly exceptional. The house is absolutely stunning, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, bars, and the beach. María Elena is incredibly accommodating and helpful, and she went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She helped us find transportation to go snorkeling, and she recommended some great places to visit. We couldn't have asked for a better host. Our experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The house was spotlessly clean, and the amenities were top-notch. María Elena was always available to answer our questions and help us with anything we needed. We felt like we were staying with a friend, not just a host. We highly recommend staying at María Elena's house to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Santa Marta location is an ideal spot not far from Varadero where you can be apart of the local life. Restaurants were very close in walking distance and it was only a 20 minute walk to the beautiful beach. The location was busy with noise however; it was nice experience to observe their everyday. The housekeeper Nancy was a beautiful hostess who accommodated our delicious breakfast and always checked in with us if, our stay was comfortable. Nancy was very helpful and thoughtful in our every need. My daughter started to not feel well and Nancy provided care that was so reassuring and caring. Our family rested well, enjoyed the comforts of the living space and was able to enjoy the pleasant surroundings throughout our visit. I would definitely return as I feel the living space provided exactly what we were looking for as a family. Maximo and his family made sure the questions I had were answered and offered to be picked up and dropped off at Airport by a friend who drives taxi at an affordable rate. It was a smooth transition into Cuba and into Santa Marta and of course, hard to leave! We experienced a fabulous time and vacation that will have lasting memories!
