The farm is located in Velsvik, a charming older house near the lake with old timber walls in the living room. You have the house to yourself, but you live on the first floor. Lovely views of the fjord and mountains. You dispose of the garden yourself around the house. 200 m down to the sea, and the mountain is right behind you if you want to take a trip. Lovely cottage with fantastic views on Larsnes, bull and shoreline. An excellent holiday home by the sea over 2 floors, with living room, kitchen and bathroom on the 1st floor and bedroom on the 2nd floor. Good large terraces on the patio with great sunny conditions. A short distance to the center of Larsen. Many trips in the immediate area, and a short drive to both Ulsteinvik, Herøy and Ørsta/Volda surrounded by the Sunnmøre Alps. Kayaking and bike rental are included in the price.

Stadtlandet.

The house is well kept and used by us regulary. The main porch is ca 100m2, with another one on the other side about 20m2. Innside the kitchen and bathroom is not new, but as the rest of the house well kept . Master bedrom and children room are newly renovated, as is parts of the porch. In the childrens room we have just put in a bunk bed for 3 person. Downstairs there is a washing room. Beach is straight down from the house with well trodden paths. House is non smoke/party.

Cozy cabin close to the sea,view to mountains and fjords.

Location on Skredestranda, about 3.5 km from Årvik ferry dock, in a quiet and peaceful area. Here you can relax and recharge. You might be lucky to see a flock of orcas in the fjord, or see eagles and deer. Rovdefjorden is a busy fjord for both big and small boats, also cruise ships going to/from Geiranger. The cabin is 20 m from the sea, where there are good fishing opportunities (rod). Steep swab and close. We have life vests available.
