Waterfront vacation rentals in Vänern

Anna and Martin are a wonderful couple who have created a beautiful apartment filled with charming details. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The surrounding area and the nearby town are lovely, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing trip. We are truly grateful for their warm hospitality and for the opportunity to stay at their special place for a few days.

Vi hade några härliga dagar i Vadstena! Lägenheten var som att kliva in i ett fint hotellrum, med perfekt läge! Mycket nära Vättern och ändå centralt. Det här boendet kan vi varmt rekommendera! Hälsningar Maud & Henrik

Die Unterkunft von Pamela ist genau wie auf den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Einfacher Check-in/-out. Super, dass wir gleich vor dem Haus parken konnten. Die Lage ist toll, der Hafen und das Museum sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Vielen Dank.

Das schöne Häuschen liegt direkt am See, exakt so wie auf den Fotos im Inserat. Die Aussicht ist wirklich unglaublich schön, die Gänse kommen vorbei geschnattert, die Kühe sind neugierig und mit dem hauseigenen Ruderboot kann man den Vänern See erkunden. Uns hat nichts gefehlt, die Ausstattung war perfekt und wir haben uns gleich eingeladen und zu Hause gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Honorine war sehr freundlich, sie hat klare Anweisungen gegeben, das war sehr hilfreich. Susanne hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns zahlreiche Informationen gegeben, über die wir uns gefreut haben. Sie ist sehr herzlich und aufgeschlossen, nochmals herzlichen Dank 😊 Wir sind ein bisschen verliebt in diesen besonderen Ort und kommen total gerne wieder.

Ein wunderbarer Ort! Auf dem grossen Landstück samt Wald und See wohnt man für sich alleine und ist dennoch nicht einsam. Ed und Sarah sind grosszügige und unkomplizierte Gastgeber, die man jederzeit nach Ausflugtipps fragen kann. Ein Sandstrand mit Sauna, Ruderboot, Segelboot, Stand Up Paddles, Kanus, Fischerruten wird gemeinsam mit den Bewohner:innen der umliegenden Häuschen genutzt. Wenn das Wetter nicht mitspielt, joggt man um den See (5 km) und geniesst anschliessend den Saunagang und die Ruhe am See, der frei ist von Motorbooten. Der Biketrail Borkensas (Start beim Campingplatz) führt auch in der Nähe vorbei. Die Küche ist top ausgerüstet und ein Einkaufsladen mit dem Auto rasch erreichbar. Ausflüge nach Hjo (wunderschöne Strandpromenade mit historischen Holzhäusern) oder Jonköpping sind auch möglich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Andra gången vi bott i Anjas stuga, en väldigt rogivande plats. Enkelt och väldigt mysigt boende som passar oss perfekt. Härligt att äta frukost intill Tidan.

A slice of Swedish forest paradise. Such a lovely space with beautiful and thoughtful touches, an extremely helpful guide to the area and even tips for lighting a fire! The sauna is amazing too. You won’t regret a stay here! Five stars is not enough.

Wir waren 1 Woche in Brams Haus und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist perfekt zum Entspannen und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge! Für uns 2 war das Haus eigentlich zu groß, man könnte locker mit 4-6 Personen dort verweilen. Uns hat am besten die Aussicht, die Ruhe, der Hot Tub und die Tischtennisplatte gefallen. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es 7 Minuten mit dem Auto, und dort gibt es ALLES! Fährt man in die Wohnsiedlung hinein, wird man von den "Nachbarn" freundlich gegrüßt beim Vorbeifahren 😁Trotz ausländischem KFZ Kennzeichen!! Das fanden wir super und wir haben natürlich freundlich zurück gewunken👋Bram und Anneli waren total nette Gastgeber und haben prompt geantwortet, wenn wir geschrieben haben. Von uns gibt es 5 von 5 Sternchen, weil es eine mega Unterkunft an einem traumhaften Fleckchen Erde ist!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Erg mooi en compleet huisje op een prachtige plek. Het uitzicht van het huisje op de Glafsfjord is schitterend. Goede ligging ten opzichte van Arvika.

We had a wonderful honeymoon at Lennart and Pia’s cottage. We loved the location, right on the lake. And spent many days frolicking on the lake, jumping in and out of the sauna, exploring with the paddleboards and rowing boat. It was amazing!! There were beautiful forest surrounding the home. The nearby Naas Fabrika did the best bread and cardamom buns too! This was an absolute gem of an airbnb, thank you so much Lennart and Pia for sharing your amazing place with us! Thank you!

The views from the cabin are incredible! So peaceful and the prefect location for relaxing and taking in the scenery. The interior is very clean and more than spacious. We greatly appreciated Corina and Andreas’ recommendations for the area- thank you! Wish we could have stayed longer - highly recommend!

Trevligt,ren, fint boende ,perfekt för mig som reste ensam. Boendet ligger fint och lugnt, nära till allt. Håkan super trevlig värd ! kommer gärna tillbaka!

Var så heldig å komme over leiligheten til Johan da jeg lette gjennom Airbnb-appen i forbindelse med deltakelse på fotballturneringen Öbollen. Kommunikasjonen gikk bra. Raske og gode svar når jeg hadde spørsmål i forkant av mitt opphold. Vi var 3 menn hvor 2 delte et soverom og jeg sov i seng i stuen. Var ikke veldig mye i selve leiligheten da dagene gikk med til fotballcup. Enkel og grei standard på leiligheten, med alt man trenger i hverdagen. Romslig stue og fin uteplass. Vi fikk også låne sykler. Flott kyststi rett utenfor døren. Virkelig flotte omgivelser. Om vi noen gang skal tilbake til Öbollen, drar vi gjerne tilbake til Johan :-)

We had a lovely stay at Bo’s place on Marstrand! I had a work event at the Grand Hotel and Bo’s place was just around the corner so it was super convenient. My daughter loved the bunk bed and the place was very spacious and perfect for our family.

Mycket nöjda. Boendet motsvarade förväntningarna. Lite läskigt sovloft, passar inte alla. Härlig utsikt!

Jättefin, ren och mysig lägenhet! Värden svarade alltid snabbt och var supertrevlig, rekommenderar detta boende starkt!
