You will have your own entrance to the apartment. From the bedroom entrance to the TV room/kitchenette with the possibility of sleeping 2 people on the sofa bed. From the TV room, there is access to a private bathroom/toilet. There will be the opportunity to store things in a refrigerator with a small freezer. There is an electric kettle so you can make coffee and tea. In the kitchenette, there is 1 mobile hot plate and 2 small pots as well as 1 oven No frying in the room. Lovely large living room with 1 playstation2 for the kids. Bathroom and living room renovated in 2020. Good large garden with south facing terrace with garden table and barbecue. The house is located about 14 km from Legoland Billund and about 8 km to Givskud zoo. Good opportunities for fishing in the area in put and take lakes. Soccer golf. There is wifi and Chrome cast

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

There are opportunities for lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Shopping approx. 6 km away; approx. 35 km to Legoland. There is no public transportation to our location.

Close to Legoland (9 km), Lego House (9 km), Lalandia (9 km), Airport (8 km), Grocery shopping (5 km), Givskud Zoo (14 km), Jelling (14 km). The cottage is fully equipped and ready to move in. Bathroom with toilet and washing machine + dryer. The cottage has a lovely terrace with beautiful views of the fields. There is a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. As well as lounge furniture and a campfire area. Airplane noise may be heard.

Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.
