The historic McNeil House is located on State Street just one block from Downtown restaurants, shops, and the Bluff. You won't find a better or more convenient location when visiting this beautiful city! We're offering smaller groups an opportunity to stay in our historic home by renting the main floor that sleeps up to five guests. The upstairs will not be rented during your stay, so you'll have the house to yourself but won't have access to the upstairs. Only available during the off season.

Try our cozy 3 bed, 2.5 bath home complete with amazing waterfront views and a fire pit down by the water; easily sleeps 9+. There are great wineries, breweries, and apple orchards close by and we're only 2 hours from Chicago. There's a row boat, 2 kayaks, and paddle board available. Please note there is only one bathroom currently. 2 paddleboards for rent- beach is 2 miles away. Small dogs by approval only, with fee.
