The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. Hiking trails to 3 private waterfalls, large outdoor lighted firepit area with all the grilling and cooking tools. Firewood is supplied for several cookouts. Volleyball and net with LED badminton and cornhole boards. Outdoor furniture with large screen T.V. on the porch. Wi-Fi and Dish network. Both cabins are included in the price.

The Cabin is close to downtown and provides easy access to restaurants, entertainment and businesses. However, it sits on a peaceful 1.8 acres with room for boats and trailers. It has a gas grill, outdoor dining table and chairs, and a covered front porch to enjoy the tranquil setting. The cabin is recently built so everything is new and fresh! We are excited to share our getaway with you. Drinking a cup of coffee on the porch in the morning listening to the birds is the best!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Home is located at waters edge of a 8 acre private lake on a 100 acre farm. Private trail with seasonal creek. Dock and pedal boat provided for your use. Fishing is allowed, bring your own kayaks, canoes, fishing gear and bait, rules and limits on fishing posted. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and wildlife viewing. Play horseshoes, use multi game table and relax by the fire pit, wood provided.

The Cottrell Cottage

Built in 1910, you'll go back in time when you step foot one of the few Dogtrots still standing in Arkansas. Newly restored, it was originally designed w/ open-ended passage that runs through the center of a house, flanked by two enclosed living spaces. This living museum takes you through many decades of the 20th century. Get a taste of early country living with updated comforts. Home sits on 1 acre of land w/ views of the Ozarks.
