Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

The Vineyard Loft offers all the comforts of home. The studio style apartment has a kitchenet, open living area, and separate entrance. Take a walk in the country, pick some blackberries, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book). Long or short term rental. This cutie of a farm house was built in 1841 and is one of the oldest homes in Collin County. Wrap around covered porch with a swing to watch the sunset or overlook the 40 plus acres of rolling meadows and trees surrounding the home. You could possibly spot some deer, wild turkey, or hear the coyotes howl at the full moon. This home is very close to wedding venues, Hurricane Creek Country Club, and a short drive to downtown McKinney.
