Alex’ s place was a perfect 😍! 2 beds/2 bath for a birthday 🎁 friend trip. Flexible check-in. Safe building and friendly people in the building. Like the other reviews no shade in the main room which was only an issue for us at high sun. The master bedroom also has a large sliding door so not sound insulated. This is on a lower floor of the building facing the street and water. Very loud at night. I will have to say for us the views during the day were worth the noise. If you have mobility issues there are only a few stairs, but you need to access two elevators before reaching his place. Water pressure was perfect. Grocery store for immediate needs less than 5 minute walk. I would stay here again.

It was a good stay in Papudo, the apartment is comfortable, quiet and Claudia was attentive and communicated at all times.

Carlos's instructions were clear and he was always available if we needed anything. Check-in was very simple and there was no problem with the accommodation. It has many extra things that are useful for spending time (such as board games, books, etc.), it is very close to the beach and located in a very nice area of Viña. The only thing (which is not Carlos's fault, in fact he helped us book the pool) is that if you want to use the pool, come for several days and plan well, since we booked in a hurry and it just happened to be the day they were going to clean it. Other than that, I would return to the apartment, excellent for couples🥰.

For personal and professional reasons I have been to Viña many times and this is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Excellent location, the apartment is beautiful, very well decorated and comfortable! With private and secure parking! 10/10!!!

Excellent place, very conveniently located a few meters from the Valparaíso metro train and the portales cove. Very easy access and also close to tourist areas of interest. The host, Don Raúl, was very attentive at all times, answering any questions that might arise. The apartment is very well equipped and has internet and a modem to watch cable, as well as everything you need to eat in the house. Totally recommended and would definitely come back.

Beautiful, bright, clean and very functional steps from the beach between forests is Carlos's house. Nothing is missing and Carlos as an excellent host turned out to be a great stay. We are already scheduling a new and longer stay, I would recommend it 100%

Our family created amazing memories during our stay at Vivian's beautiful oceanfront home. The surroundings were peaceful and pristine and I couldn't imagine a house with a more "wow" view. The kitchen was spotless and very well equipped. We felt right at home in paradise!!!

A family home, with everything you need to spend a few quiet days, close to everything, with indoor parking for 3 cars. The house has a wonderful fireplace that we use every day, the house is super cozy. In addition, two stoves to heat the bedroom area. Very comfortable beds and good bedding. In general, it fulfills everything it offers and more. Garden and terraces, with a good grill, tables, chairs and umbrella. Silvia is always attentive to anything we need. We'll be back again!!

The apartment has an unbeatable view, very comfortable. If I had to give any recommendations, I would say that the TV was not very good and that to leave the apartment clean, it is necessary to have utensils for it. But overall everything was great. Highly recommended.

Very well-equipped apartment, excellent location, the best of all the view that you could enjoy despite the cold, since it has full thermopanel windows on the balcony, which provided remarkable warmth, apart from the safety in case of going with children. The apartment had 2 heating systems, which makes it perfect for the autumn/winter season. Pamela is always attentive to everything and very kind.
