Perfect stay for a weekend with the girls! Very accessible and accommodating. House was exactly as noted/pictured in description. Will stay again for sure!

We were greeted with a welcome card and a bottle of Finger Lakes riesling. The cottage is in a great location for exploring the area. We stayed for Cornell's graduation weekend and going to and from Ithaca took about 25 minutes. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked, and the bedrooms were spacious. The guys using the sofa bed said it was not the most comfortable but OK overall. The decor was really charming, and I wish we'd had some down time to read the books John and his co-hosts picked out. I highly recommend this property for a family or small group trip because of the convenient and beautiful location and homey amenities.

This was a terrific stay. The hosts communication from beginning to end was as good as can be expected. The home was cozy and well appointed. The property was beautiful and peaceful. 5 stars, will recommend and return again. Thank you!

Andy was very responsive from booking to checkout! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The backyard pool looked very well maintained too-we were disappointed we didn’t get a chance to use it. Would recommend Andy’s place.

The Villa and its host, Nicki, were excellent and exceeded our expectations. The Villa is set in the middle of a beautiful wine grape vineyard with mountain views -- very memorable. The inside is beautifully decorated with luxury amenities throughout. Nicki was incredibly proactive in her communication and extended our stay to ensure that we were able to maximize our enjoyment. This was one of the most comfortable and relaxing stays we've ever experienced. I highly recommend the Villa and Nicki to anyone, thank you!

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

The Orchard was the perfect retreat for our family including 2 babies and a dog. Wonderfully scenic. We were in NY for a Syracuse University event which was 22 min by car and not far from the highway - one night we were able to find an uber without much difficulty. The kitchen was stocked with Kurig Pods (at least 20?) w/ sugar and complementary Beak and Skiff Cider. Bathrooms had soap, shampoo and cream rinse. Eddie was very communicative and checked in to make sure all was well. Grocery stores are not local (bring what you think you might need - there was a restaurant close by at golf course with fried bar menu - 1911 tasting room is local , but check the hours / days ( they closed at 7 pm ) Dining out will be a bit of a drive - minimum 15 minutes . All in all , it was a wonderful stay. Thank you !!

Our family of 6 had a great stay. It was great being right on the lake. The house has a great location with so many things to do with in 30 minutes. We would stay again.

What a wonderful 4-day stay in a perfect cottage for my 3 middle aged daughters and me on our “girls’ trip!” The house had everything we needed and was perfectly located for our visits to wineries, breweries, Watkins Glen State Park, Ithaca, and many other places in the Finger Lakes region. We loved our evenings by the fire pit with the stunning lake view and beautiful sunsets. The comfortable seating on the covered porch made our one rainy evening enjoyable, and we continued to have fun in the sturdily built game room which became our “safe place” during an unexpected tornado warning! Jaci’s communication was great, and we highly recommend staying at this lovely cottage!

This home was perfect in every way, from location to the home itself. Bradley was truly one of the best hosts I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend this home.

Our stay at Vinehaus was wonderful. The house is nestled in the vineyards, very quiet yet easily accessible from the main road on the West side of Seneca Lake. Our host, Margaret, has made the place quite comfortable with king beds, lush towels and bath items, a fully stocked kitchen, games, and everything else you *might* need. It is beautifully decorated, and the grounds are kept perfect. We often took advantage of the morning sun and the afternoon breeze sitting on the outside porches. There are many wonderful wineries close by, and quite a few places to eat in Watkins Glen and Penn Yan. Margaret, our host, gave us good recommendations on local places, and was very responsive to all our questions. Should we find our way back to the Finger Lakes, we would definitely stay at Vinehaus again.

We were in the area for a family gathering and Rebecca's place was located between 2 siblings houses making for easy travel to either house. A large dining table, well-stocked kitchen and comfortable living room with plenty of couch space let us (3 more siblings and a spouse) host dinners. We had one question about the bbq and Rebecca responded immediately. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was like home away from home. The house was as described, clean and homey feeling. We would very likely stay again if we were in the area and would recommend to anyone else.

Lovely house right on Lake Seneca and close to many wineries…host was wonderful and offered many recommendations for the area. There was plenty of space to hang out in different areas. Only thing to be aware of is there is only one shower so if you have a larger group, it’s a bit of a challenge to all get showered and ready to go quickly. Also the upstairs space where there are two of the three bedrooms passes right over the living area so there is no real privacy or quiet up there. Altho the bedrooms up there are beautifully decorated. Again, with kids it’s no big deal but if you have multiple couples or adults staying it is something to note. Overall it was beautiful and well appointed! We had a wonderful time enjoying time with our family!

great location perfect for exploring finger lakes attractions and many of the wineries. Very spacious and comfortable with all amenities. The 3 large bedrooms were perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Highly Recommend this place.

Nelson's place was great! We had a minor issue with previous guest damage and Nelson/Katherine were incredibly responsive and helped us quickly. In addition to the host's care, the house was very clean, comfortable for a large group, had fast wifi (if you care about that) and even had a reverse osmosis water system for clean drinking water. We'd happily book this airbnb again in the future if we're ever out this way.

Amazing quiet and peaceful. The perfect place to rest and recharge after spending ample time in nature. If you’ve been to this area before you know you’ll be doing a lot of driving. What I loved was that we were only 15 minutes away from the city center but at the home we felt totally secluded from the outside world. No TV and no WI-FI but we didn’t mind. Love the selection of games available for us to have a cozy night sipping wine from the many wineries on Seneca lake. The hot tub with the incredible view was outstanding. Will definitely be coming back!

The perfect place for a family of 5 (including my 2 year old). The hosts were very responsive and knowledgeable about the area. They provided great tips on the area. Location is ideal for wine/beer tasting, Watkins Glen and Seneca and Keuke Lake. Buttermilk Falls was an easy 40 minute drive. Right around the corner from Shtayburn Farm for home made ice cream. The house was spotless and well equipped. The appliances were top notch for a home cook like me. All Clad waffle maker and Lavazza espresso machine!!! I miss the high end oven already. Bonus bottle of wine at arrival and complementary wine tasting at their vineyard across the street. definitely coming back!

What can I say? The Hilltop Chalet was beautiful! It was private, clean and had everything you could dream of. David and Karen had the best tips and we very responsive. So close to Canandaigua and Naples. Will definitely be back!

Our family of 5 plus our energetic golden retriever thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived, our kids were obsessed with visiting the 2 horses and chickens on the property. The fresh eggs in the fridge and a bottle of local wine were such a nice touch! Also, the large fenced in area was so great for our dog. We really felt at home here. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. It was a peaceful spot to come back to after hikes at Watkins Glen and Taughannock Falls (gorge trail is a nice flat walk with the dog/kids). We enjoyed Grist Iron brewery and sunset views of the lake. We could all fit on the comfy couch and watch a movie in the evening. We even played a game of Monopoly National Parks!

Place is a total gem, can host a group or just have extra space for a couple. Highly recommend booking.

Really nice home, extremely well equipped, spacious, comfortable, sparkling clean. Easy check-in, responsive hosts. Didn’t get to enjoy back deck/grill on rainy weekend, but it looks like a great place to hang out. Bring your own shampoo.

This space is a thoughtfully designed, restorative, lake view tree house. Robin let us know what to expect, it helped so much! It’s quiet, hummingbirds fly in the trees around the porch. We are really delighted to have our first visit in the Ithaca region in such an amazing stay.
