Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Valmontone

This was one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed in. Light and airy, spacious, super clean, and the building had great character. We were able to walk to the Collesseum and there was a metro just around the corner. Andrea was super friendly, responsive and made some great dining recommendations (we tried several of them - Trattoria Monti was a stand out!). There is a small toaster oven which was good for reheating leftover pizza and foccacia. Note there is no microwave. Washer/dryer was great for doing our clothes before moving to our next destination. Highly recommended- thank you Andrea and Luciana.

I stayed at Lio’s place for just about three days with my family. It is a fantastic place and in a lovely building with lots of character. The place has a range of modern amenities - including well functioning air conditioners in all rooms to keep us cool. The neighbourhood is brilliant - close to Vatican and its sites, yet is quiet and peaceful. Lio was on top of communication at all stages and was very responsive. His son ensured we had a smooth check-in. We also really appreciated local cafe and restaurant recommendations provided by Lio. Fantastic place all around and I highly recommend to anyone considering - it is worth it!

A wonderful stay in the heart of Rome! The apartment is so beautiful and the perfect stay. Very well decorated and all the necessary amenities, plus more. Valentina was very proactive and responsive, always providing timely responses and guidance. We wish we could have stayed longer!! Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Stefano’s apartment in Rome! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to both metro stations (about 10–15 minutes away) and bus stops. Taxis also had no trouble finding the place. Stefano was very responsive and accommodating, and he even shared some great local dining recommendations. Inside the apartment, we really appreciated the detailed binder with instructions for using the A/C, washer, and other amenities—it also included helpful tips about the apartment and exploring Rome. Accessing the building and apartment through a phone link was easy and worked flawlessly. If you're planning to explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, or Trastevere, this is a great base. Roma Termini is only about 20–25 minutes away by metro and walking. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

We had a very nice time at this place. Stefano met us at our arrival time and gave us a detailed explanation about the place and location. As if that wasn’t enough, I received a pdf with the most helpful information about everything you could need for your visit in Rome. The place was very comfortable, modern and clean and just steps away from the most popular tourist attractions. We would love to return in our future visits, no doubt!

The hosts and location of this rental are amazing! We knew very little about Fiumicino when we booked several months ago and was pleasantly surprised of what this area had to offer. Cristiana’s location is right on one of the main roads to stroll along (Via Della Torre Clementina). It was an easy walk alongside the water to several local restaurants. We tried her recommendations for restaurants and they were fantastic! The apartment had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated - great style and comfortable accommodations. The special touches were nice - cookies, little snacks, etc. that we greatly appreciated from our long journey. We were trying to figure out how to get to the airport early in the morning (6am) and Cristiana and her husband offered to take us without hesitation. Thank you for letting us use this great apartment - we love the location and will think of this place and experience fondly ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome! The location was ideal — within walking distance to many of the main churches, which made exploring the city super easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was a breeze. We also really appreciated the A/C after long summer days. I cannot recommend Nino's property enough! The location is amazing, and the private entrance made for a feeling of security. There are several great restaurants right outside that ended up being some of our favorites that we visited in all of Rome. The unit has everything you need and them some- the beds are comfortable, and the separate rooms are private and quiet for couples travelling together. This property is absolutely beautiful and completely exceeded our expectations. As for the host, Nino is the best I've encountered on Airbnb to date. He was responsive and proactive, and provided a long list of recommendations of places to check out in the area, all of which were incredible! He allowed us to drop our luggage off early, which helped us spend even more time out enjoying the sites. He genuinely cared about our experience and checked in periodically, which made us feel even more at home. We cannot thank you enough for the incredible accommodations, Nino!

La casa di Simonetta è molto accogliente, pulita e ordinata. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, dove comunque c’è un piccolo centro commerciale e la fermata dell’autobus. Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo Airbnb ☺️

We had a wonderful time in Alessenadro’s cottage while visiting Rome. Alessandro was super helpful and friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was always very attentive and responsive. He was one of the best hosts we have ever had.

Daniela hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns direkt einige Tipps gegeben. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, dieses ist aber mit der Metro (ca. 15 Minuten Bahnfahrt) gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Bei warmen Temperaturen ist die Klimaanlage ein echter Pluspunkt. Für uns war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in Rom.

I traveled with my family, and this was the perfect place for us to rest, and enjoy the city, short walk to downtown, and very close to a bus stop if you wanted to get anywhere in Rome, quiet neighborhood but still very close to a supermarket, bar, bakery and everything you needed

From the moment we arrived, Simone was welcoming and accommodating. The place was spotless and located in a quiet neighborhood to but walkable to many spots. Simone provided us amazing restaurant recommendations and assisted with transportation to and from the airport. The garden was peaceful and the spot was exactly what we were looking for and felt like we were at home. I would highly recommend staying here!

The property was lovely- just like the photos and better! Francesco was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. The property was clean and had a modern feel but still elements of a classic look which I love! Plenty of space for two people. By far my favourite place in Marino that I have stayed at- I can’t wait to return!

Laura’s place was perfect! The pictures to find the entrance were very helpful. We had a little trouble with the apartment door lock (but we were very tired). Laura had a crib for our baby and it was all made up with the sweetest little sheets. The bathtub was amazing since we were so hot when we arrived, we were able to have a cool bath for our daughter. Everything was very tidy and clean. Laura’s instructions and suggestions were easy to follow. It was nice we could also do a little laundry. We were just staying one night on our way to Florence but wished we could stay longer. The apartment was easy to get to from the metro by walking. We highly recommend Laura’s place!

Fantastic place and host. Very comfortable and 8 minute walk to the Colosseum and 20 minute taxi ride to Vatican City. Many great food options and shops right outside the door. Host was helpful and responsive.

Nous étions pourtant en retard, arrivés à + de 22h , et Catharine a quand même pris tout le temps nécessaire pour nous faire visiter l’appartement, nous guider pour notre séjour, nous donner une grande quantité d’informations pour nos déplacements . Perfect location to stay at while visiting Rome. Very clean, quiet & comfortable. We felt right at home. Very easy to walk to all the sites. Daniele was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We appreciated all the local recommendations from him. Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

Daniela's Cozy Apartment exceeded our expectations- I would give it 10 stars if I could and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome. When I hear cozy, I think comfortable but small. I would describe Daniella's apartment as spacious and luxurious! She has thought of everything from detergent for the wash machines, to extra pillows and blankets, to umbrellas. The apartment had everything we needed and more! The wi-fi was super-fast and reliable. The air-conditioning was exceptional (mid-90s during our visit). We got the best sleep of our trip in the extremely comfortable beds, and the bedding was fabulous. Note that the wash machines in Europe are smaller than in the US and it takes a few hours to dry each load. The location was great as we felt very safe and there were many great food options close-by. It was an easy walk to the Vatican and the Metro station. Our 15-year-old son said that Daniela's apartment was his favorite part of our Italian vacation!
