We are in a small hamlet, secluded & quiet, typical & full of charm ^^ (pedestrian streets in front of the apartment) Cozy apartment, equipped kitchen, pretty bathroom, cozy living room and wooden terrace. _WIFI_ 1 double bed on the mezzanine and 1 sofa bed, very good mattress for 2 people, in the living room. Nearby and overlooking the village of Vallouise, Marie's bright and very comfortable chalet designed by an architect, is surrounded by a beautiful mountain garden, you will be quiet, inside as outside you will enjoy the view of a soothing mountain, the exhibition will allow you to enjoy the sun all day. Although 5 min walk from the center of the village and its amenities the place is very quiet. The large living room is decorated with a stove for your winter evenings.

In winter, you can enjoy quick access to the Pelvoux ski resort by road or the Puy-Saint-Vincent ski resort (15 min) by car or bus.

As the house is new, you will have a sitting area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, a mountain area with a bunk bed, a bathroom with walk-in as well as a reading area. Terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains. Parking is easily accessible even in winter.

Two large balconies, a private terrace with dining table facing the view make it an exceptional place to enjoy the calm and exceptional air.
