Private, recently remodeled with faux wood flooring 1-bedroom studio has a beautiful view of the Carquinez Straits, separate garden entrance, a stocked kitchenette (no stove/oven), full bath, SMART TV, and plenty of space and privacy. We are a short drive from Downtown Benicia, where you can enjoy the historic Main Street shops, restaurants, and bars. Or, depending on traffic , a 30-minute drive to Napa Valley, a 45-minute drive to San Francisco, or a 10 minute drive to the Vallejo/SF ferry.

After parking on the property, enter through a private garden gate. The studio apartment has a comfortable home away from home ambiance; enjoy a comfortable queen sized bed, walk in closet, private bathroom, kitchen and closet. Empty drawers too. San Francisco, 30 miles by car, an hour by ferry or bus; Napa, 15 miles away. The studio makes for a great way to see the sites without a high priced hotel while you prepare some meals as you wish. Tastefully designed attached guest suite in the Vista neighborhood has its own private entrance on the bottom floor of our custom mid-century home. Guest will enjoy a large studio with two queen beds, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. This well-established neighborhood has easy access to I-80 & 780, Hwy 29 & 37, downtown Vallejo and the ferry terminal serving SF daily. Suisun, Napa, and Sonoma Valley wineries are a short drive away. And the quaint town of Benicia is about 10 minutes away.

It is a great location if you are planning to travel to Napa and San Francisco during your stay, since it sits right in between those two cities. It is located right on the Bay with a cute downtown area. I can recommend my favorite restaurants and things to do in the area as well!

We stayed at Joe and Jola’s place on BottleRock weekend. It was a perfect location, not far from Napa and a very comfortable place to lay our heads after each festival day. The amenities were great and it was very cost affective. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice, extremely quiet, and it’s very quick to make it very DARK for sleeping in. It is a detached guest house with quick adjusting electric “fireplace” . It is a wonderfully Comfortable bed and couch. Can heartily recommend this stay. Thank you.
