Beautiful house with an incredible view.

We had a great time at Julie and Damien's! We were looking for a sweet moment for two, and Julie and Damien's haven of peace lent itself perfectly to it! We spent the evening by the fire, slept in total calm and the October morning atmosphere completed our need for a cocoon weekend. Julie is very welcoming and adorable! Thank you thank you for the welcome and small touches. If you want to spend a quiet moment in the heart of nature, go for it! And bonus, the road to get to Julie and Damien's is sublime!

We had a wonderful stay in Frédéric's little corner of paradise, who welcomed us generously. Ideally located to access the dolce via, the house is renovated with lots of charm and we only heard the birds and owls singing at night… absolute luxury!

Christelle's house is perfect for a small group meeting in the countryside. There are many paths to walk around. The view from the terrace is beautiful, the house is charismatic and charming (I would gladly discover its history). A cat lives on the premises. The beds are rather soft, sensitive backs choose your room well! A great stay to unwind!

Perfect stay, would recommend it 300% to anybody wanting to travel & discover Ardèche.

Idyllic stay at Frédéric's. The house is full of charm, peaceful and very well-located. The village of Balazuc is superb, staying in the heart is a real + We took full advantage of the terrace (pleasant in the morning and evening). The Ardèche is below the village (with possible departure by canoe). Frédéric is very accommodating. Check-in and checkout were smooth. I highly recommend your place to stay

Rejuvenating stay away from contemporary tumult. The region is superb and preserved, concealing a diversity of landscapes where you can walk and be silent, without forgetting swimming when it is too hot. The cabin is a rare, welcoming place, open to the breathing of chestnut and cherry trees, very comfortable and subtly arranged, inhabited by many delicate details far from the ambient formatting (the broom is even a work of art!). The surroundings, although close to the village, are beautiful, lively nature where you can walk at dusk, and admire the purple full moonrise behind the mountains when there is a full moon! I even met a fox, and heard the hooting of owls! Laurent is a very caring, responsive, and generous host in his advice to discover this region in the best possible way. The cherry on top, the presence of Rock, a mischievous and adorable young dog. I recommend it 100%!

Very nice apartment, comfortable and equipped. We had a great time in Valencia as a couple. Very good location, ideal when you arrive by train. Very good bakery at the foot of the apartment. Laurence welcomed us to give us all the useful information and restaurant recommendations.

Beautiful accommodation, in an old building. Spacious, modern rooms. Quiet location, with beautiful outdoor spaces. Stephane is very responsive, and friendly. Unbeatable value for money.

The four of us (with two children) spent one night in Philippe's apartment in transit. Everything was as described and we were able to recover very well for the onward journey.

Marie Hélène and Guy's welcome was perfect. Same for the cottage which is very comfortable and convenient, and in a beautiful place!

We (Ellen and Hans) are retired and stayed here for a month to avoid the hustle and bustle of everyday life It turned out to be a beautiful location and exactly as indicated in the listing. Far from the inhabited world so groceries etc. you had to plan. But peace in abundance. Great host Kris and Greta, were there if you needed them but never intrusive. After a month the feeling of having a bunch of friends with it. Also have a sweet “social ” dog. Our dog Beer clearly had a friend at Loulotje's

We had an exceptional two-night stay in this beautiful area. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by incredible, attentive and very generous hosts. For my wife's birthday, they upgraded us, a gesture that deeply touched us. The estate is a haven of peace, perfect for disconnecting from everyday life. Direct access to the forest and breathtaking views of deer, fallow deer and sheep added a magical touch to our stay. The accommodation was comfortable and well located for enjoying the surrounding nature. A big thank you to the hosts for their warm hosting and generosity. We would highly recommend this place for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

Refurbished accommodation, with great taste. We had a very pleasant 3 days with our 7 and 9 year old children. Céline is a very attentive host with whom it is very pleasant to interact. Thank you for everything!

a beautiful house in a beautiful environment. a splendid view of the valley. quiet, and far from everything. we were there to ride a bike with a pied-à-terre. Via Rhona is 30 minutes away by bike. but the area is fantastic for this activity. a beautiful pool in a beautiful setting. a beautiful, clean, modern house with everything you need. 3 beautiful bedrooms + a room that serves as a bedroom with a sofa bed with a very good mattress. The only downside is that there is no shed or garage available to store bikes and accessories.

Beautiful place. Very authentic, decorated with great taste. Great for a large family or families. It was our first time in the region, and I wish I had researched it a bit more before going because you have to know where to go. Some villages and places are stunning, and some other areas you have to avoid. Overall I would really recommend.

We had a super nice week in this beautiful holiday home. We were welcomed by the owners with the stove already on and some goodies on the table. The owners live next to the holiday accommodation and they will give you a warm welcome. There was also friendly contact during our stay. The house is beautifully decorated with lots of touches. Really a dream house with a large garden and views. It is very quietly located and you really feel at home. The village of Labeaume can be visited on foot, is a nice walk from the house. We also went to Avignon for a day, a short drive, but worth it. The Indy Park climbing park is also recommended. The bakery and a small supermarket are close by, in Ruoms you will find a large supermarket. There is plenty to do in the area. Dear Laure and Benoït, Thank you for the super nice week we were allowed to spend in your holiday home!

Very good stay, the view is incredible, very well-equipped accommodation. The host is responsive. Even with rainy weather we were able to enjoy the pool and veranda which is a real plus. Follow the instructions sent by email to access the accommodation, the road under construction, at the time of our stay, made access a little complicated.

We had a pleasant girls' weekend! The outdoor kitchen is a real asset! The bedding is comfortable, a fridge is available in the outdoor kitchen as well as the necessary dishes. The pool refreshed us during our very sunny stay. We walked to the restaurant La Coquerie. Everything lived up to our expectations. We met the owner who showed us around and was very friendly. We were able to arrive well before the scheduled time because the reservation schedule allowed us to. Big thanks for your stay

We had a great time, with cousins, at Annick who is a very responsive host with whom we had a good contact, even remotely. The place is in a great location and extremely peaceful. Thanks again to Annick who was flexible with check-in and return times. We recommend this place.
