Modern, cosy cottage that was finished in 2021. The cabin is located in the cabin field Sitåsen, close to ski and hiking trails, ski resorts, roller ski trail, pump track and via ferrata. The cottage has an open plan living room with kitchen solution, two bedrooms, bathroom, loft and large terrace. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, Wifi and Smart TV in the cabin. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a family bunk (2+1) and on the loft there are three mattresses. Guests must keep consumables themselves, bring their own linens and towels. Guests wash out themselves.

The cabin is 735 m high, in one area with many opportunities for walks and activities, summer and winter. The cabin has an unobstructed view of Løefjell and the surrounding landscape. SoI from early morning to late night summer time Lots of nice hiking trails and peaks that can be reached on foot. Lots of berries to be found in late summer. Visit the alpine center with pump track, ball bin, frisbee golf, roller ski slope and cafe, or the popular swimming pools.

Cabin from 2021. Amazing views brought into the cabin via floor-to-ceiling windows. You will therefore have nature close by. In the summer, the sheep graze around the cabin and you can often see hares early in the morning. Heat pump and fireplace that provides a good heat in the cabin. Private loft room where the door can be closed. Great for the kids to play with lots of space on the floor. Here you'll find TV, legos, puzzles, board games. The cabin is great for two families. Sleeps 10. If you are only adults, Max 8 people are recommended.

Our family stayed at Silje's for a weekend and we loved it. The house has a lot of character and is well stocked with everything you might need. The views of the river and waterfall are lovely. Although the property is near other homes it didn't detract very much from the experience. I would highly recommend to families with small children. Our two year old loved the toys at the house and playground at the nearby campground. We will be back!

This was a really great and stylish cabin that is well equipped with what I needed. The cabin has a fantastic location in peaceful surroundings, close to nature. It was a very quiet place of my own here, and I really relaxed. I would definitely recommend the stay to others and I will be happy to come back.

The best experience we've had in a while. It's nice to have a little break. The cabin was modern and nice. Amazing view! You can enjoy a lot on the balcony. The location was fantastic, as you can take a short trip to Valle municipality or Setesdal municipality, a small place they have. Here you will enjoy a nice nature experience and we will have a great time. Here we also found a rope bridge over the waterfall and playgrounds nearby. We are looking forward to returning on winter vacation, as it is a short way to the Bokke ski center. Would highly recommend! It is worth going there even though it took us 5 hours from Oslo😍

Great weekend. Very nice location with being able to put on your skis at the cabin and run into the slopes. Plenty of space and clean to nice.

Simple cottage, as described. Next to the cottage are sheep😊. Unfortunately, there were no garbage bags, for example, and it was not quite as clean as the other accommodations we were in. For one night, it's perfectly fine.

A wooden deck features two Adirondack chairs with soft throws, positioned to view the surrounding landscape. A small dining table with chairs is located nearby, inviting outdoor relaxation. The backdrop consists of rolling hills and a winding road, under a partly cloudy sky.

We were very happy with the cabin and the stay. Good conditions for cross-country skiing. Especially on the mountain that you can easily drive up on. The cabin is super nice and “cozy”, spacious and with a fantastic sun terrace. Great bathrooms. We can only recommend it. However, we recommend traveling there from Jutland/Kristiansand. The walk over Dahlen and mountain transition there can be an ordeal without studded tires and in heavy electric cars.
