We had a phenomenal experience at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and valued. The stunning house offered everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. What truly set this experience apart were the incredible employees Angelica, Jose, and Lucrecia. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, pampering and making us feel right at home. Their attentiveness and genuine care made our stay truly special. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway and couldn't waited to return. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful and memorable experience!

Everything was spectacular!! There were 8 of us and we were all super comfortable. The house is just like the photos or much better. Look for a lot of places. We would stay there again if we return to the coffee region. 10/10 in host, location, cleanliness and everything.

We stayed in Jaguey 1: 3 couples with 4 children and the space was very suitable for everyone. We really liked it to easily access Panaca and enjoy a few days with the family. Excellent antifriona Luz Fanny with prompt responses to our questions and requirements. We would have liked to stay more than 3 nights, as the area has a lot to explore and get to know, but we only had the right time. Thank you for allowing us the space, clean and nice. We'll be back for sure!

A dream - We cannot wait to go back! Every morning we woke up to the most stunning view of the beautiful Andes mountains and ate breakfast against its gorgeous backdrop. The nature you will experience on the property is unreal - so many birds, plants, and fruit trees! The house itself is so comfortable with plenty of areas to lounge around and the rooms are each unique, private and comfortable. Alvaro and Angela who tend to the property and helped us with meals are so kind and helpful. They truly made our stay magical. The property was perfectly located for us, close to the airport, nice restaurants and all of the towns we wanted to visit. Thank you Margarita for the beautiful experience!

The place is beautiful, very clean, just like in the photos and I think even better. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful, it has a lot of games and things to do, super cool to take children because they don't get bored. The rooms, bathroom, kitchen, swimming pool, everything was really clean, very comfortable. The house is large, with several spaces and environments, several rooms with their corresponding ventilation. Cooking Utensils needed. Spectacular, my family and I love the place and we will definitely be back.

The house was better than the picture. The hosts were extremely helpful. Would have stayed all summer (or forever) if the WiFi was strong enough to work from home. Amazing welcome to Colombia. I highly recommend.

Felipe's apartment is much larger than what is shown in the photos, very comfortable, modern, very nice, quiet and very conveniently located, a few blocks from the Peñón park, where there are a lot of places with excellent food. At night the area is very quiet, not very busy and suitable for rest. Highly recommended for long and short stays. Felipe is very kind, a super host! 100% recommended

What a wonderful experience! Since I arrived at the apartment, I felt completely at ease. It is lovingly decorated, with warm details that give it a cozy and homey atmosphere. One of the great successes of the place is the balcony: very nice and perfect to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset. The location is another plus: it is very close to several tourist spots, which made getting around the city very easy. In addition, the host was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout my stay. We booked with Carla and from the moment we arrived until check-out, she was very attentive and communicative, which is incredibly important when traveling. The property is nice and feels very secure, although please note that it is a studio-sized space. We did encounter an issue with the washer that unfortunately ruined my wife's $60 shorts, which were brand new. Carla promptly contacted the building manager to address the situation. However, we did not receive any reimbursement or compensation for the damaged shorts, so I would advise caution when using the washing machine on the property. Overall, the place is very private and secure, making it a comfortable stay despite the minor inconveniences.

Excellent apartment, very nice, a quiet area and truly for resting, the apartment is very complete with everything you need. Jose is super attentive to anything you need, any questions I had he answered immediately. I plan to return soon.

I stayed at this property for over two weeks and I loved it! I would describe my experience as pleasant and rejuvenating! It is a well-appointed, safe and quiet property with a picturesque view of the city of Cali. The hosts, Liliana and Andres responded promptly to my inquires and were always helpful. This was my first Airbnb experience, and I must say, they set the bar very high. I will now expect the same level of detail for future stays at other Airbnb properties.

I absolutely loved it from top to bottom had no problems with the place at all great location I felt safe and secure and I was very accommodated the place was so clean and nice and the WiFi was super fast even came with a cleaning lady that folded all my clothes and cleaned the whole apartment for 100,000 !! I would absolutely love to come back to this exact place and 100%

My stay in this apartment was fantastic! After several visits to Cali, I can confidently say this is my best Airbnb experience yet. The location couldn't be better, and the security guards were incredibly courteous. The apartment truly felt like home with its large TV and, especially, the reliable hot water – a real bonus compared to other Cali Airbnbs. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. I also noticed and appreciated the cleaning staff's consistent work in the common areas. Feeling safe was a big plus, and being able to easily walk to my favorite Jardin Plaza for lunch was so convenient. I would absolutely choose this place again!
