Lugar cómodo y tal cual como se muestra en fotos. El calentador de agua parece estar descalibrado, así que es un poco difícil encontrar un punto medio. Por lo demás, excelente lugar. Seguro y cerca de comercios.

Like everyone else had mentioned in their reviews, Juan Carlos is a fantastic host. Super friendly from the get go, very polite and professional. He set us up for success 100%! The property is outstanding. The balconies are super cute and very useful, the layout is great and spacious, AC keeps the place cool but best of all was the shower. We came for a wedding and all of our friends were staying in other hotels around the area but when they saw the Airbnb, it became the meet up spot because of how well located it is. Domingo (best modern restaurant in Cali imo) is right around the corner, La Linterna just down the street, Gente Común and Criollan Lovers just two blocks away and, Coffee Shops? Choose a different one everyday because there’s a ton to explore. Juan Carlos has all the recommendations for you and I can confidently say you will be in the best hands if you stay in this property. Only recommendation: Bring earplugs if you sleep light, Cali streets are full of life.

El apartamento me gustó mucho. Es pequeño, pero tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómodos. La cama era muy cómoda, ideal para descansar después de un día largo. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, aunque por la noche hacía algo de ruido, como si necesitara mantenimiento. Nada grave, cumplía su función. Durante mi estadía llovió bastante y se filtró un poco de agua por la puerta principal, pero eso fue por el clima, no algo que dependa de la anfitriona. Lo mismo con un vecino que una madrugada puso música muy fuerte a las 4:00 a.m.; afortunadamente lo solucionaron rápido al llamar a portería. Algo que destaco es que la anfitriona fue muy amable y flexible: nos permitió salir un poco más tarde el día del check-out, lo cual agradecimos mucho. El parqueadero es amplio, seguro, y tiene portero con puerta automática. Además, si vas en carro, estás cerca de varios sitios clave del sur de Cali. es un lugar sencillo, cómodo y bien ubicado.

Marlody was a kind and attentive host. Her place is quaint, well furnished and very clean. The bed is very comfortable and air conditioning was great. She was extremely accommodating. Checks in could not be smoother and only a short walk away from a terrific shopping center with all you need and more. Very safe and lovely neighbors. Do think twice and make this your stay in Palmira.

Desde la llegada es un apartamento muy bonito, aunque pequeño es muy amañador, todo estaba muy limpio, incluso las toallas olían a nuevas. Daniela muy amable, siempre dispuesta, nos envió información de restaurantes. Pudimos parquear la moto dentro del mismo apartamento y diagonal a éste hay un paqueadero en caso de ir en carro. Volveriamos sin duda!!!

Had a wonderful time at Samuel’s. The location was perfect close to everything from a barbershop to endless restaurants and nightlife and so on. The apartment is gorgeous and Samuel was very responsive. I barely hit send and he was already texting back. Thank you Samuel

El alojamiento cumplía al 100% con lo descrito en el anuncio. Se nota que los espacios fueron acondicionados con mucho cuidado para ser acogedor. Los anfitriones se comunicaron de manera efectiva y oportuna. Sí lo recomiendo. El único detalle es que por lo que vimos el problema de las hormigas no se ha solucionado por completo.

Incredibly peaceful space and apartment. I deeply enjoyed my stay and resting in this Airbnb! There’s lot of nature sounds and it’s the perfect place to fully relax. Everything was as described. Carlos and his wife are great hosts, always friendly and welcoming. If you ever need anything or have questions Carlos is always more than happy to help. I also attended a yoga class taught by Carlos and I highly recommend. I hope to stay again here one day when visiting Cali!

This place was such a dream for our stay in Cali! From the moment we booked, Jair was extremely helpful, responsive and communication was always easy. The house is in a lovely area - walkable to many restos, cafes and attractions and dance schools, has all the amenities for a cozy long term stay, extremely clean and Jair goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I casually had asked Jair if a kettle was available, and he ordered one for us the next day, which was extremely kind and just added to the great experience already. It truly feels like a home away from home :) If you work remotely, the internet was great - no issues at all during our stay and the desk area is wonderful. Thank you Jair for your hospitality, kindness and this is one of the best places I have stayed at! Don’t miss your chance to stay here!

Un lugar muy cómodo, amplio y agradable.

El lugar es genial y Sandra muy atenta siempre a inquietudes o sugerencias. El aseo impecable. El sector muy tranquilo. Lo recomiendo bastante. Un sitio inspirador y alegre para querer volver cuantas veces se desee. 100% recomendado.
