Muy satisfecha de mi estancia en el apartamento de Alfred. Voy a Valladolid con frecuencia y, de tener el apartamento a disposición, no buscaré más. Acogedor, sencillo, limpio, céntrico, Alfred muy amable y pendiente, los procesos sencillos. Una experiencia muy positiva y recomendable. Muchas gracias de nuevo.

Alfred provided the perfect space for our two week stay in Valladolid. We appreciated his responsiveness and the local recommendations he provided before our arrival. Any questions we had during our stay were answered! The space was clean and spacious with modern decor. We would have appreciated a few extra supplies given the length of our stay (coffee, laundry detergent, towels, etc), but he was helpful in providing quick places to walk to find what we needed. I highly recommend this space and Alfred as a host.

Appartamento davvero molto confortevole al decimo piano con balcone e vista sulla città, a metà strada tra l’università e il centro. Molti bellissimi libri in varie lingue sugli scaffali da leggere nel tempo libero ! Cucina perfettamente equipaggiata con apparecchiature moderne. Check in e check out perfetti. Unica cosa negativa: la mancanza del bidet in bagno, per noi italiani molto importante… Complimenti a Esperanza per la sua dolce casa curata e accogliente, con belle piante ornamentali, quando tornerò a Valladolid starò sicuramente qui!

Genial. Ha sido una muy grata experiencia. Hemos pasado unos días muy tranquilos en familia. La casa es pequeña pero acogedora y está muy cerca de Burgos y de otros pueblecitos con encanto. Elena es una gran anfitriona. El primer día llegamos tarde y nos dejó la estufa de pellets encendida… ¡eso no tiene precio!

Tuvimos problemas para entrar pero Alfred nos atendió rápido, gran ubicación y amplio piso, tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y disponía de todo el apartamento.

La casa está muy bien, por lo que preguntamos nos respondieron muy rápido. El único pero, fue que el menaje de la cocina estaba muy sucio. El resto estaba todo muy limpio. Gracias hemos pasado un finde semana estupendo.
