House vacation rentals in Valguarnera Caropepe

We have been using Airbnb for many years now, so when we meet very good hosts we recognise them straight away. Agatino is naturally able to make you feel welcome, the villa is very elegant and the garden is very well maintained with a very nice view of the vignard. Nothing was missing inside the house and we actually didn’t know that breakfast was included, so a nice bonus. In other words we only stayed two nights but we wish we had stayed longer.I hope we will have a chance to come back again.

We had a great stay. Francesco who welcomed us gave lots of useful recommendations and was always on hand to help. The villa was as described. We loved the outhouse next to the pool and hot tub and enjoyed playing pool and cooking there. Our only downside was that there is no where to walk to nearby although this was warned of with a car being advised as essential. The beaches are 30-40 minute car journey away. We visited scala dei turchi, licata, valley of temples and Cefalu with Cefalu being a longer day trip (1.5 hours each way) but worth it. Thank you, we will back to Sicily I am sure!

I could give 10 stars, I would. I arrived at 2 AM, much later than expected, & the host Stefano was the perfect gentleman—welcoming me warmly & helping me settle in. Everything has been done with love & attention to detail. The private room, with its own entrance, outdoor space, kitchen & newly updated bathroom was peaceful & spotless. The next morning, Stefano checked in via text, making sure every need was met—even ones I hadn’t thought of. He showed me the beautiful grounds filled with fragrant linden trees (tigli), the garden, the pool & even drove me to a local restaurant & back. That evening, he helped order pizza & later surprised me with fresh fruit from his garden. His wife brought vegetables so I could make a salad. Their kindness made me feel like family. I travel often, & I can honestly say I have never encountered such gracious & thoughtful hosts. If you’re looking for serenity in the Sicilian countryside, look no further than La Casa Blu!

wow is all I can say, the hosts are super! they provided so many extra food and drink that we weren't expecting, very generous and responsive. The house was also great and with lovely views of the surrounding countryside and a lot of space, lovely garden and pool. Highly recommended!

We were lucky to find this place! The apartment was exactly as described in the photos. It was clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a very quiet place. A car is recommended.

The guest house is located in a charming are in the countryside. It gives a lot of privacy and is really charming. Perfect for someone who wants some peace and relaxation. The terrace with the table outside provides a great atmospheric spot for a dinner or breakfast. I can fully recommend it.

We are very satisfied! The only thing that has come in a wrong way is a garage, we thought that our car would fit in it, but as you let us know, it is wide enough only for small cars. So we park the car outside on the parking lot. The rest is wonderful - beds are very soft and comfortable, the yard is nice and there is much space! The design and decorations are beautiful, it is really cozy being here! Host always responded in time, she is gentle and nice person. Appartment is wonderful and spaceous, we spent 6 unforgettable says there! There great restaurants in the area, big supermarket, nice morning cafe with tasty granita and brioches! Etna welcomed us every morning😊 Thank you very much for letting us live here! Those who choose this house to stay are very lucky! Take your chance to spend amazing time in this amazing place!

A great place to stay when looking for tranquility. Great location, good amenities and a refreshing pool made staying at this property more than bearable. The host was very communicative and gave us many useful tips.

It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful property. The garden is amazing with access to the pool, which is the perfect size. Very comfortable sun beds next to it. The apartment is very nicely furnished with a Sicilian vibe. Kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything you need. The closest town Catanissetta is charming, definitely worth a visit and the lady who welcomed us was kind enough to recommend us some places there. We stayed in the property as a family of four and it was a bit crowded in the apartment for us, but for 2 or 3 people it should be just the perfect size. Either way we had an amazing time, thank you! 😊

What a lovely place this was! Fully equipped, Fiorella even left us some food, not just for us but even for our dog! Comfortable, great surroundings and plenty of outside space. There is also a restaurant just across the road. Check-in was pretty straightforward as we were given a code to open the key holder. Communication was also excellent. We spent 6 nights and it was a lovely relaxing spot.When you read the listing details, be aware the host is not exaggerating when they say there are dirt and gravel roads to get to the property so long as you drive slow and aren't in a sports car you will manage the final part of the journey. Do not let that put you off, the location is off the beaten track peaceful. Giuseppa and her extendedfamily could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We were even surprised by our supper on arrival ( we arrived fairly late)Pizza from her sister's restaurant. The grounds are large and well maintained with plenty of space for children to run around and explore and play. The pool and water pistols were a big hit with our grandson. The hot tub was enjoyed by his parents. All in all a private spot for relaxing and enjoying family time. We as a family recommend this place.

The best Hoste in the World

Hands down the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. A beautiful view of Mount Etna while swimming is gorgeous, clean pool. The terrace area was so calming and peaceful to have breakfast. Such a spacious home with all amenities you need. The location was very private and secure. We can’t wait to come back to Sicily and stay here again. Thank you Katia for being such a great host and letting us stay here!

Fantastic place and host! The place is very nice, very well renovated like new and modern at the same time. Fully equipped with everything one might need. The host is amazing, I had a problem with my car and he also helped me to go to a mechanic to help me fix my problem and even waited for us to see that everything is ok! The place was renovated and modern. Fully equipped and spaceous. Has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, good sized kitchen, AC and balconies. Would stay again.

Francesco was a fantastic host! He is thoughtful and helpful. The apartment is right on the beautiful Santa Maria del Monte staircase and we were lucky enough to see the beginning of a beautiful festival, where the staircase was decorated with plans and flowers. We found Caltigirone a great base for travelling around. Would recommend this apartment.

A lovely well equipped villa with really lovely grounds and pool area. Communication was great and the host Andrea could not have been more helpful in showing us around the property and with any questions that we had. The location was peaceful and we enjoyed seeing the animals in the grounds.

We have really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Francesco and Eleonora were great hosts and really nice. The two bedrooms are located above their flat. You enter the main house and go upstairs to your own private floor. The hosts really respect your privacy, but are always available in case of any questions. The kitchen and living room are separated from the bedrooms, so you have to get out of the house to reach them. Nevertheless, the kitchen can be used exclusively by the guests and is very well equipped, with everything you need. It even has a filter system for the water, which makes it drinkable! The outside area with a big barbecue and pool was the highlight. We spent a lot of time outside and really enjoyed our evenings on the terrace. There is another bathroom below the pool area which is a bit bigger than the one that's adjacent to the bedrooms. We can really recommend to stay here, even if the division of the rooms might be a bit confusing at the beginning ;)

This was not my first time staying at the property, Francesca was available beyond what was expected and as always. Great value for money.

Here you get a wonderful insight into how residents of the old town in Gangi live over several floors. The apartment was made with a lot of love. Here, every picture and every piece of furnishings is in place. You have to be aware that you are using a private apartment. Now in November we used the oven. You have a great view from the terrace. Those who stay in Gangi and in this apartment will experience Sicily. We felt very comfortable for three nights. Those arriving by car should understand that you can't drive to the front door. There is parking at the school which is free. From here you can walk 5 to 7 minutes through the old town to the apartment. We had backpacks. Roller suitcases are on the old pavement and not recommended with stairs. Communication was always friendly and fast. Very unproblematic. Highly recommended!

I had the opportunity to stay in many different places, but this definitely stands out from the others. I was delighted by the impeccable cleanliness, excellent functionality and extraordinary beauty of this property. I highly recommend this place to anyone who values comfort and high quality of rest.
