Sylvie and Alain are happy to welcome you in their small chalet /bed and breakfast straight out of a fairy tale, mounted and decorated by them, for a weekend or more... A warm welcome will be given to you as well as a welcome aperitif. We are located 4 km from the village of SEDERON, at an altitude of 1000 m, in the birthplace of the Hautes Baronnies en Drôme Provençale. Chalet of 20 m2 , living room, bathroom, dry toilets, walk-in shower. Mezzanine bedroom accessible by mill ladder Wooden terrace with garden furniture. Garden access. Hiking trails from the house. Paragliding schools 10 minutes away . Very close to Montbrun les bain ( ranked the most beautiful village in France), thermal baths , 20 minutes from the Méouge gorges, Toulourenc gorges. Ballades à Buis les Baronnies..... Paradise for cyclists, Mont Ventoux awaits you.... Provencal market on Sunday morning, heated pool open all summer with snack bar. All local shops in the village: bakeries, butchers, supermarket, tobacco, press , post office, pizzeria bar, restaurant hostel, nursing and physiotherapy practice. You will be conquered by the sumptuous landscapes , the scents of the lavender fields, the calm and sweetness of life ... Room for 2 people, breakfast included. The house, air-conditioned, is located 45 minutes from Aix and 1 hour from Marseille. It offers 80 m2 habitable and a garden ( front/behind with terrace) of 300 m2. The living room (20 m2) is parquet in solid area and overlooks the garden/ terrace by a bay window. 3 bedrooms are available: the 1st (12 m2) with a double bed and the other 2 with a 90 bed (one is 12 m2 and the other is 8 m2 with a large bay window in place of the wall overlooking the terrace). 2 car spots are available and free of charge.
