The accommodation is well located close to Beauval Zoo and the Châteaux of the Loire Valley. The house is very well-equipped, with everything you need for a family with children (large gardens, enough to play football, basketball, petanque, table tennis, foosball, etc.). Two barbecues complete the set. The peaceful, quiet environment. The house is large enough to accommodate up to 12 people, but the rooms are open or connecting, which is important to know. Alain is a very nice and caring host. He was flexible on the checkout time. Thanks so much for hosting us!

The accommodation is as described, enough space for 7 people without any problems, a great large plot ideal with children and well shaded in case of high temperatures as we had, we did not meet the host physically but she responded very quickly each time to my messages, very responsive, everything went very well, we had a great time in a beautiful little house with everything you need inside, not very far from Beauval Zoo, which was the purpose of our stay, I would recommend this rental without any problems

The place is absolutely stunning - super spacious, stylish, has everything one may need on vacation and even more. The terrace is a jem - we enjoyed our breakfasts on the terrace. The area is very serene and quiet. And Celine is an amazing host, extremely helpful and responsive. Definitely would recommend and would dream of returning again!

We had an excellent stay! We were very warmly greeted by the host and felt welcome and very much at home. The venue is excellent - we took it as a hub to visit Loire castles, but also to relax a play ping pong. We can recommend the house and the hosts by all means.

Charming cottage in a beautiful location on the river. Centrally located, shopping within walking distance. Nice garden with afternoon and evening sun. House simple but fully furnished. We just thought the bed was a little saggy.

We had a great time walking and reading in the beautiful living room of the apartment, which overlooks the gardens of the castle. The room is very nice and the bedding is very good. I would highly recommend it!

Perfect stay! The accommodation is as advertised, very clean and very well-equipped and tastefully decorated. A big plus for the bed, which is very comfortable. Parking is available nearby. If I had to note something, it would be the staircase which is a little steep especially with suitcases. Johanna is available and responsive. We recommend it!

The place we stayed in for several days was quite charming, located by the canal. Everything was done to make us feel welcome and at home. Very nice apartment. We had a nice stay, not far from the castles (Chenonceau) 40 min and the Beauval zoo 25 min. We had a slight problem, Dylan responded immediately, a very responsive host. i would recommend her apartment.

We had a great week! The house is perfectly equipped , the air conditioning was very useful the first 2 days of our stay. We enjoyed the pool greatly. Beautiful English garden. The walks along the expensive river are very soothing.

From the first contacts, everything was perfect. Carmen, who has always been very responsive and responded to any requests we had. Listing is as described. Villa Verde is a spacious, comfortable and peaceful place. It is nestled in the middle of a huge wooded lot and very well maintained by the hosts, perfect for letting the children let off steam. We felt right at home during this short stay. We would definitely recommend Carmen's house for a visit to Beauval Zoo, for example, which is 20 minutes away

We had a bachelorette party in this house and to start the house is just wow... whether it's the pool, jacuzzi inside the house everything is well thought out and very functional!! We were delighted and had no regrets about our choice because it completely matched our expectations... and finally the owners are very kind, welcoming and explain everything you need to know very well. We had a 3-day stay at this lovely well-equipped house. There's plenty to do between games and amenities. The location is very peaceful with the small lake and the singing of birds and frogs. The hot tub is great. We'll be back to test the outdoor pool. Recommended! Thanks to Cedric for his responsiveness and to Chantal for hosting us in person!

Beautiful home with great setup to spend time with friends and family. Plenty for kids to do and heated pool with cover makes swimming possible even if the weather isn’t perfect. The kitchen area is a bit tight if you’re planning to make meals for a large group. Due to the setting with farms nearby there were quite a few flies in the house if the windows were left open. Overall we loved the house and would rent again if we came back to the area. The host was responsive
