I am present at the house, but the rest of the common areas are accessible to all. The house is located in the village of Val d'Izé, not overlooked, quiet. All shops nearby. Important: there are chickens, 2 guinea pigs, 2 dwarf goats, 3 cats and a small dog :) Heated pool depending on the season.
