Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Val-au-Perche

Staying in the chapel is an extraordinary, wonderful experience. This chapel has been completely renovated by Iris, with incredible talent. If I had to remember a few elements, it would be the feeling of space, the inverted boat hull frame, the stained glass window adjoining the bedroom, the papier-mâché jars, the garden at the back, etc. It's a perfect place to meet, in a village where life is good. Iris is a caring and learned host, who will tell you the whole story of the place. Looking forward to coming back!

A stunning gite in a beautiful location. The hosts were extremely helpful, kind and friendly. There were lots of local towns and villages to explore. We hope to return!

Sarah is a responsive host. Home was pristine and very family friendly. We really loved our stay. Lots of space and well set up for multiple guests. The only draw back was lack of wifi which made communication difficult as foreigners.

perfect for a weekend with friends, quiet. the cottage is clean, very well equipped, very pleasant exterior. ping pong table, barbecue, petanque, foosball, walks nearby, you don't get bored. the center of Ceton with small shops, free tennis court, and games for children are within walking distance (10 mins).

I came with 5 colleagues for work... all the guys are much more in a welcoming and clean house... very quiet neighborhood... good place, Don't hesitate to rent.

Very good hosting by Thierry in his little paradise. The house enjoys absolute calm in a bucolic place. The garden is beautiful and very well furnished. The house is perfectly equipped (special mention to the particularly comfortable bedding). We'll be back without hesitating.

We had a great time at this cottage! The house is beautifully decorated, with great taste, which makes it very warm and pleasant to live in. Special mention for the location: the area is extremely quiet, while being ideally located for visiting the Perche. We recommend it without hesitation!

Very nice house, tastefully decorated. The dining/kitchen area is large and has two tables (convenient for making a children's table, an adult table). There are two separate sleeping areas each accessible by a staircase, the first leads to two bedrooms with a bathroom each, the second to two bedrooms as well as a bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. Be careful because the first staircase is quite steep for young children, the second on the other hand is more accessible. The garden, which is completely fenced, is just like the house, full of charm and has a Nordic bath! Near the house there is a paved path with very little traffic, bordered by stud farms, on which to walk. In conclusion we had a great stay and would highly recommend it!

Véronique's accommodation is clean and well-equipped. The bed is comfortable. Véronique was a very welcoming host. I recommend it.

We enjoyed indeed our stay at Yann's place. The apartment is spaceous with high ceilings, very clean and bright. It's very close to central Le Mans with the old city and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We were lucky to find a free parking spot in rue Auvray. Yann was quick to get back when we had questions. I would clearly recommand Yann's place to travelers to Le Mans.

Yasmine was the perfect host and her appartment was a perfect base for exploring Bellême and the region.
