We had a great time at this place. The house is superb, very pleasant to stay in, and the garden, large and beautiful, contributed a lot to our comfort. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with storage. The house has everything you need to comfortably accommodate a group of 12 people. It is also ideally located, both for shopping and visiting the surrounding area. Laure was responsive and available to answer our questions. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful Christmas party at this lovely home! The peaceful environment, the typical stone house with its wood burning stove, the deer visible every day at the edge of the forest was completely what we were looking for! Complete disconnection. Very good bedding, top kitchen equipment, nothing missing. We can only recommend Caroline's house which in addition is a very responsive and friendly host.

Sarah is a responsive host. Home was pristine and very family friendly. We really loved our stay. Lots of space and well set up for multiple guests. The only draw back was lack of wifi which made communication difficult as foreigners.

perfect for a weekend with friends, quiet. the cottage is clean, very well equipped, very pleasant exterior. ping pong table, barbecue, petanque, foosball, walks nearby, you don't get bored. the center of Ceton with small shops, free tennis court, and games for children are within walking distance (10 mins).

Welcoming host, accommodation as described, the setting is pleasant and peaceful. If I have to come back to the Boursay area and look for accommodation, I would not hesitate to check the availability of the Gonardière cottage. I recommend it!

We enjoyed indeed our stay at Yann's place. The apartment is spaceous with high ceilings, very clean and bright. It's very close to central Le Mans with the old city and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We were lucky to find a free parking spot in rue Auvray. Yann was quick to get back when we had questions. I would clearly recommand Yann's place to travelers to Le Mans.

Yasmine was the perfect host and her appartment was a perfect base for exploring Bellême and the region.

Even though our stay was very short, the place was spotless and matched the listing. Communication with Akim was simple, easy, and very responsive. Note that the bathroom is a little small.

We had a wonderful week of Easter with the family. With about twenty people including infants, the estate was equipped for a peaceful stay. The children took advantage of the heated pool, the space departs for soccer games. the adults from the barbecue, the Pétanque court. Around the quiet, flowery and green atmosphere for a peaceful rest. We were able to enjoy a short walk in the forest, with the kids on their pony. An experience to relive. Thanks to Benoit and the concierge for their availability.

A true haven of peace! We had a wonderful stay in this charming house. The garden is a real gem: sunny from morning to night, perfectly maintained, ideal for relaxing or sharing a meal outdoors.
