The Sonnenhaus is in a very good and quiet location on the outskirts of Sindelfingen city. Just 400 meters from Sonnenhaus is the very large and famous Breuningerland shopping center! At Breuningerland there is everything and everything is the best of the best. From Sonnenhaus to Stuttgart city center only 15 km, to Stuttgart airport 15 km (15 min drive), to highway A81, A8 2 km. To Wald, where you can walk and run well, it is only 150 meters. Location is very quiet and beautiful.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.
