Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Vågan Municipality

The Island of Stormola ist the perfect location to escape mass tourism but still explore the amazing beauty of the Lofoten islands. The local fjords are maybe the Most beautiful ones in the area. It ist easy to reach via free ferry from Digermulen. There are lots of beautiful walking trails and we had a swim at the beautiful beach in the very south of the Island. Erin and Harald are the perfect hosts, very nice and Always helpful. The house itself is so cozy you will feel home from the very first moment. Ist is very well equiped and lots of small things make it even more comfortable. WE stayed for 3 nights and would have loved to stay longer. We will defintitely come back!

Wow! Perfect place for our family of four. The house was cozy and comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were nice size and finish. The property its self was so beautiful with such an idyllic backyard leading down to the fun and cozy boathouse where we hung out playing cards and enjoying the beautiful summer evening. The beach area was fun to explore. Quiet area, free from the traffic and crowds of Lofoten, beautiful mountains around and a few beaches up and down the road. Wish we had stayed longer! Can’t wait to come back and relax here again!

Lasse's place is perfect for an excursion in Henningsvær. You live right in the middle of nowhere and within walking distance to everything. We stayed here during the wooden goods festival which was absolutely perfect 😊 Hope we are welcome again!

Lovely location in a very quiet area of Lofoten. Kitchen and living area had endless view of the ocean and distant mountains. Bedrooms are basic and comfortable but recommend bringing sleep masks to block out light in the summer months. Highly recommend staying here.

Very nice vacation home! Simple but nicely decorated, everything is available. The bathroom has just been renovated and everything is working well now. The surrounding area is very nice and quiet. A paradise for hikers.

We stayed a week, and the location couldn’t be more picturesque. It is in an enclave of three buildings at the end of its own steep fjord, over 1 km inset from the one road connecting it to the rest of civilization. You really get a sense of the solitude that might be typical of so many homes in rural Lofoten or in Knut Hamsun literary works. Despite its isolation, the home – an ADU – had all modern conveniences working fairly well. Cell phone connection in certain weather conditions was sketchy on one or two occasions, but Internet was always strong. Kitchen appliances and climate control all worked well. Wood-burning stove heater had all the fuel you might want. Of course, visitors are very dependent on their car. The nearest shopping or tourist attractions, even gas/electric charge stations and convenience stores, are a 20-25 minute drive away. Finally, the hosts were completely accessible during our 1 week stay.

Beautiful accommodation with harbor views. the apartment is very warm and perfect for spending a few days in this beautiful little town. Very welcoming host, highly recommend.

The stay at Rokkvika has been extraordinary! This is an apartment with a huge balcony literary hanging over the sea. There is a beautiful mountain right in front of the house and the evening light is spectacular. Ive spent a few days there and i experienced the low winter sun as well as the stormy dark clouds and waves. A very beautiful and dramatic scenery. The most unique part of the apartment is that its the former home of an ceramic artist and there is a ceramic workshop next door in the same building. I believe this is possible to rent. In Stamsund you have a grocery store (3 min walk form the house) and a hotel across the street. It’s like a tiny town with a lot of history. It is also very close to the Hurtigruta terminal, so if you arrive by boat (like i did) you can just walk to the house.

This apartment was really one of the best Airbnbs that I have stayed in. Combined with the beautiful nature and smal towns around, it was such a nice experience. The rooms where clean, the host was really friendly and helpful and if you plan ahead a little bit you can also reach this place with public transport quite well. Thanks for hosting us :)

It’s a comfortable and relaxing house with beautiful surrounding. Location is good, right in between Svolvaer and Reine. Its beauty is definitely part of our Lofoten highlight. Thanks again for hosting us!

Beautiful Airbnb! The view is even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. Highlight: We were able to look at the northern lights (Auroras) from the hot tub (several times)! Kitchen is superbly equipped for an Airbnb. Plenty of plates, pots and even equipment for baking is there. We also made waffles and pancakes. There was really nothing missing in the kitchen! Only minus: A few things weren't quite clean. The location is great, several supermarkets about 20 minutes away. We were 3rd here, for 6 people I might imagine it a little tight. However, it was just perfect for us!

Wow! This place was incredible. Even better than the photos. We did not want to leave. There were fantastic views from EVERY room. The property was well-equipped and had everything one needs to have a comfortable stay. It was clean, hosts were responsive, and it was very comfortable. The area around it has homes, but it’s very private and has a few short walks with beautiful views. Location wise it isn’t far from Leknes and all that Lofoten has to offer. We found it convenient and easy to find. I only wish we would have been able to stay longer. If we are lucky enough to return to the area, we will definitely book this property again.

Great place, spotless clean and everything is brand new ! Some disadvantages are that place is really small(bedrooms has no cabinets as there is no space for them) and kitchen is also limited. You can see it from the pictures, though. The upper floor has no door as well. So there are 2 separate bedrooms only. All the rest is great, communication is fast and helpful, view and locations are amazing, hot tub was used every day! Amazing =)

The place was nice, modern and equipped with everything you need. The communication with Henning was great and very accommodating! We were informed and educated about everything. The accommodation is still in the construction area with some construction sites, but that was perfectly fine. The midnight sun shone directly on our hot tub:) 15 minutes from Henningsvær and the nearest shopping.

Modern house with very nice furnishings and interior design. Hot tub with a view is perfect. Booked for 13 people but the sofa bed upstairs for two people had no curtains or blinds! (Not good during midnight sun times!) There was also no door to this area and a window from the sauna directly into the sofa bed area...

This cabin is THE best place I’ve stayed in! It had all things necessary for a comfortable living, it took us half an hour to figure out stuff but once we got the hang of it, it was just magical. Birger and Martin are excellent hosts, the collection they have at this place is unmatched and something which impressed me a lot. 11/10 recommended!

My fiance and I spent the most incredible week in Lofoten at Telma’s cabin during the polar night! Grunnforfjord is absolutely spectacular in the winter season and we completely fell in love with the scenery, the wildlife and the northern lights displays which we had on pretty much every evening of our stay. The cabin has everything you could need and the wood burner kept us warm throughout. The separate annexe has some of the best views you could wake up to and we even had an otter walk past the window. We will certainly be coming back to Lofoten in the spring/summer months and if you are looking for a peaceful retreat this is the best we have experienced so far!
