A stone's throw from downtown Die (500 m by the pedestrian walkway), by the river you are in the countryside and the city! On the garden floor of our house, our entrances are close: you are quiet, but we are there if needed. Large bioclimatic house 15 minutes from Die

Our house is located on the heights of a village of 38 inhabitants in the Vercors park at 600 m altitude in the Quint valley and 15 minutes from Die. Atypical, extremely quiet, welcoming, comfortable and spacious, it can accommodate people because of its space and configuration. Even if there are many people, everyone finds the place and calm that suits them. The surrounding nature allows you to rest and enjoy many walks starting directly from the house on foot or by bike.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Quality materials, new amenities, etc... Less than a 10-minute walk to the village with all amenities. Frequently asked question, what to provide for coffee? Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme.
