Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Utting am Ammersee

We recently stayed at Wolfgang and Andrea’s loft while visiting Munich from the US with my wife and our three kids, and I can’t say enough great things about our experience. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The loft was exactly as described—beautiful, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Wolfgang personally greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the space, which was a wonderful touch. They had even stocked the fridge with sparkling water and wine, and left snacks for the kids—such thoughtful hospitality! Transportation was a breeze. We had easy access to everything we wanted to do in the city, which made exploring Munich with a family smooth and stress-free. The host’s communication was excellent—prompt, clear, and friendly. Their instructions were incredibly helpful and detailed, showing just how much care they put into making sure guests have an outstanding experience. They are definitely 5-Star!

An dieser Unterkunft gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Das historische Gebäude wurde mit viel Aufwand liebevoll hergerichtet, ist für die angegebene Personenzahl sehr großzügig bemessen und lässt von der Ausstattung her keinerlei Wünsche offen. Darüber hinaus standen uns eine erste Auswahl von Kaffee, Tee und Getränken zur Verfügung. Es war alles sehr sauber und Rolf war für uns jederzeit erreichbar. Sauna, Darts, Tischtennis und das große Grundstück mit Feuerstelle dürfen gerne benutzt werden und die Gegend bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge. Wer in der schönen und umfangreich ausgestatteten Küche mal nicht selbst kochen möchte, findet im ruhigen Ort mehrere Gastronomieangebote. Ein großer Einkaufsmarkt mit super Bäcker (auch Sonntags) direkt im Ort, weitere in näherer Umgebung. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Liebe Andrea, wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche am Ammersee, nicht zuletzt auch wegen deiner sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung, in der wir uns gleich wohlgefühlt haben. Dein Service ( insbesondere die Getränke im Kühlschrank) sind erstklassig. Gern kommen wir wieder mal zum Ammersee & dann auch zu Dir. Beste Grüße Jutta & Jörg

The location is very beautiful and relaxing. The residence is very clean and well equipped. Kristina, the host, was friendly and very responsive.

Chris und Katja sind wahrhaftig Superhosts, wir haben uns sehr willkommen und aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir hatten die Freude beide persönlich kennenzulernen. Sehr sauberes, kleines Appartement mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Die Küche bietet trotz kleiner Größe viele Möglichkeiten und wir haben die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten sehr zu schätzen gewusst!😊 Wir haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt in Augsburg auch dank dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen! Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein herrlicher Blick über den Walchensee von der Terrasse aus führt direkt zur Entspannung. Die Gastgeberin hat immer schnell reagiert und war äußerst freundlich in der Kommunikation. Ganz besonders gut hat uns die personalisierte Begrüßungstafel gefallen.

Beautiful setting, well situated, away from any tourist traps or traffic (great opportunity to practice any German you may have :)!) It was perfect for our family. Host was very responsible and respectful.

Optimal für größere Gruppen und vor Allem Familien mit Kindern eingerichtetes Haus mit offener Küche und 3 Bädern. Es liegt ruhig unterhalb von Neuschwanstein. Badesee und Tegelberg sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Im Garten und auf der Terrasse kann man die Sonne genießen. Es ist Spielzeug, Sandkasten, Tischtennisplatte und Fussballtore sowie ein Basketballkorb vorhanden.

Wir waren 8 und haben eine Team-Workation gemacht. Das Wetter hat leider nicht mitgespielt aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im großen Wohnzimmer!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war ideal und die Kommunikation mit dem Host lief reibungslos und sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung – 5 Sterne!

Esse Airbnb foi o melhor que já fiquei. Primeiro porque o Mikhail foi extremamente simpático em nos receber e explicar tudo sobre a casa. Segundo, porque tudo estava novo, limpo e aconchegante! Eu recomendo e voltaria ! Obrigada ❤️

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) waren für eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Räume sind definitiv größer als sie auf den Bildern aussehen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und oft in der Sauna entspannt. Mit dem Auto waren wir flexibel und schnell an unseren Ausflugszielen. Wir können die Ferientenne absolut zum erholen empfehlen.

Rosalind und Ihre Familie waren sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns zu jeder Zeit willkommen gefühlt. Es war toll, dass gegen Bezahlung das Auto direkt am Haus geladen werden konnte. Auch konnten wir Wäsche waschen, was in unserem Fall eine echte Hilfe war. Also rundum ein toller Service! Meine Familie hat auch den schönen Garten und den Naturteich sehr genossen. Und obwohl es die Tage sehr warm war, ging auch die Temperatur im Dachgeschoss, dank der individuell angefertigten Verdunkelung :-) Rundum ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Vielen lieben Dank dafür!

Perfect location at Peter’s place! It was extremely clean and well stocked. It was very quiet and I felt safe as a single mama with 3 boys. Even appreciated the water and beer in the fridge! The location is in walking distance of the famous Glockenspiel in the Marianplatz, the outdoor markets, and many shops and restaurants. Access to train to get around the city is convenient as well! The city is very clean and generally quiet, especially on Sundays. What a treat! I appreciated the stay very much! I hope to return again soon!

Nadine’s place is beautiful! Located in a peaceful and breathtaking little neighborhood, Nadine was always responsive and very friendly, it was a very nice stay.

This was a great location for me and my family to spend a few days in exploring the surrounding area. Very close to the train station that left on average every 10 minutes, we could get going or get home easily. The apartment itself is HUGE, which was a nice change of pace being in small hotel rooms. I loved relaxing in their deep, clean, soaking tub since it was a bit cold and rainy during our stay. It was kind of the hosts to include a variety of refreshments and snacks for us in the kitchen. Really the only thing I wasn’t totally prepared for was the hike up to the room… It does say that the room is on the second floor (which to me, read that you’d be going up one flight of stairs to reach floor 2…), but in reality it was more like 3 flights which was a bit of an unwelcome surprise after being delayed on our train journey and not getting in until nearly midnight. But we survived! I would definitely stay again, particularly if I was lighter on luggage… :)

What a lovely apartment with a balcony overlooking the hosts beautiful garden. Its in a quiet residential area within a very short walk of the town centre and the Lech. Landsberg is beautiful...we were very lucky with the weather! Renate and her husband were the perfect hosts. We even had a drink with them and some friends on his birthday, we were made to feel so welcome. A lovely couple. The apartment, whilst ideal in every way, is on the top floor though and the only way up is stairs so some may struggle. We stayed a whole week whilst travelling around Germany in our 62 year old Morris Minor and this was the ideal place to reset after days of travelling. Highly recommended.

Wir fanden die Unterkunft von Michael sehr schön, sauber und ruhig. Es waren schon viele Sachen vorhanden, wie z.B. Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmittel, Seife und Toilettenpapier. In der Umgebung konnte man viel unternehmen, ob in den Bergen oder am See. Insgesamt hat uns der Urlaub bei Michael sehr gefallen.

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber, so dass man sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlt. Alles vorhanden, wie beschrieben. Von hier aus konnten wir vieles Unternehmen und haben uns super erholt. Stefan konnte man bei Fragen immer erreichen und man bekam sofort eine Antwort. Die Wohnung war super, optisch sowie Ausstattung war sehr gut. Auch die Lage zum Starnberger See war für uns sehr passend.
