This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big (200cm x180cm) nice bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, and an exclusive sauna. My husband and I started our project in 2017 and finished it in the end of July 2024. I’ve been obsessed with the bay window where I can see the beauty of the view through all the seasons which give me such a different moment in every season to take on. Beautiful apartment/annex in the centre of Gravdal (middle of Lofoten) for rent. 1/hr drive to Svolvær (east) and Å (west), and just 5 minutes from Leknes airport. The property is in quiet neighbourhood of Gravdal centre, with an ocean view of Buksnesfjorden and the surrounding mountains and a 300m walk to supermarket, café, busstops, hospital and several hiking trails. It’s a great location to explore the Lofoten islands as it’s not too far to go either way.

My place is near the sea, family-friendly activities, nightlife, nature and the airport. You will love my place because of the view, the location and the atmosphere. One can enjoy the silence. My place is good for couples, traveling alone, business travelers and families (with children). It is about 200 meters to walk from parking to the cottage.

Absolutely recommended, this complete, clean, cozy cabin. The location is perfect if you want to visit the main sights of the Lofoten. Do not hesitate to follow Tom's Tips for interesting and beautiful, but quieter places. Absolutely a very valuable addition to tripadvisor and Lonely Planet, and perhaps the best aspect of this stay. Although… the nice seat outside, the lovely shower, the well-blinded bedroom and Tom's enormously hospitable, pleasant personality also score very high. A wonderful 'home base' during our stay in the Lofoten!

Super comfortable and cozy place. It’s an ideal location for surfing (and rentals), hiking and/or getting the world’s best cinnamon rolls across the street. Fun facts, Hermann runs a sheep farm, has a lovely dog named Fly and has written published poetry about sheep farming.

A welcoming entrance is presented, featuring a comfortable seating area with neutral-colored cushions. The door stands open, revealing a glimpse of the interior hallway. Flowers in a planter add a touch of color to the white exterior, creating an inviting ambiance.

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. It was clean, tidy and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is central in Leknes, with walking distance to both the city center and several nice hiking areas. There is also a short drive to popular places such as Reine and Svolvær (about one hour each way), and the airport is right nearby, which made it very convenient. Communication with the host was excellent – fast, pleasant and helpful. Can definitely be recommended!

cozy home "for a while" in a fantastic location In Arnulf's house, you immediately feel like you are with your (grand)parents. Everything you need is available and the house is very spacious. The location near the beach with a view of the midnight sun (or northern lights when it gets dark again) is simply indescribably beautiful and hiking opportunities are virtually at your doorstep. We will certainly come by a 4th time!
