Vacation rentals with lake access in Utrecht

We had a very nice weekend at Frank's place. In good weather - if you can sit outside - this place is perfect. Amsterdam and Utrecht are easily and quickly accessible. The surroundings around the property are also very welcoming.

We had a great week at the chalet and really recommend staying there! The environment is very quiet and peaceful with lots of nature. Still you can easily reach cities like Amsterdam quickly. Maurice and Ashley are very kind and caring hostess, they always replied immediately to our messages.

Annemieke’s house is absolutely stunning!! The master bedroom across the entire third floor was very impressive and very comfortable. Also we thoroughly enjoyed the common use areas in the kitchen and back yard for meals and relaxing. A short walk away is a pizzeria, which was a really treat!! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! We hope to visit again!

A very special place. It's so unique to go there by boat. The house itself is super stylish and clean. The communication with Rogier was particularly pleasant: in other words, if you have the chance to rent it I would definitely do it: enjoy it!

The location of the house is very peaceful, in a very quiet place. A perfect place to relax. It is necessary to have your own car. Everything is as in the pictures. The host is polite.

We had a great time. The house and the facilities are great, everything you need for a relaxing stay is there. Everything was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the house was very cold when we arrived, the underfloor heating takes a while to warm up. If you arrive in the evening or in the dark, the access to the first jetty is a bit difficult to find, maybe a sign would help. But we can only recommend the house and will certainly come back again.

The house is idyllically located on an island strip and can be reached by boat. Bas introduced us to everything uncomplicated and relaxed and we had a very nice holiday in the house

Very nice rental, very quiet and very pleasant environment!! Everything was perfect!! Only small downside is that the beds are in the same room!! A sofa bed is missing… otherwise I recommend it!!

Booked this for my parents. I was looking for something without stairs and parking, close to the city and easy to visit outside of the city. This fit all of the requirements, and the hosts were absolutely fantastic in accommodating their needs. I hear they have an amazing restaurant onsite. If my travels bring me to Amsterdam I’m definitely staying here!

We had four great days at the place (three of us). The location of the accommodation is excellent, in a lively area and yet somewhat secluded, as it is above the harbor basin. The views from the roof terrace are super beautiful in the morning, as well as in the evening. Spacious apartment with space. The kitchen block is missing a few things (cutting board, sieve) and there is no real oven, just a large multifunctional device with grill function and microwave. The excursion destinations are super diverse and there is something for everyone (sporting activities on the water and outside), trips to Amsterdam or Utrecht, bike tours, museums... Catherine or the colleagues from the port office are always available during the day for questions. Note: The accommodation is only accessible via an external spiral staircase. Upon arrival, it was unclear where to park, domain was closed to residents with a card. Random passerby could help us. (parking along the street and definitely paying for parking ticket 3.5€ /24h.) The apartment was very nice and spacious, large terrace with beautiful views, large bedrooms, clean bathroom and kitchen. It was also very quiet during our stay. Easily accessible from the village center and from Utrecht. We had a very enjoyable stay. We also had a nice meal in 'het boothuys', restaurant 200m from the app.

Johan is an excellent and friendly host. We were there as family and felt like at home. The kitchen is fully equipped. Beddind and towels are available. The apartment is very quiet. A very nice lake is nearby. We loved the place and will return. We can warmly recommend the appartment.

I had a hassle-free stay at this Airbnb. Jan was friendly, responsive, and met us in person to hand over the keys and answer any questions, which I appreciated. It is a small, basic apartment that met our needs and was clean and orderly. It’s a simple, functional space—ideal for travelers prioritizing cleanliness and quiet over luxury. The kitchen was compact but stocked with the basic essentials. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and fully operational. While the location is outside the city center, public transportation is easily accessible, and the neighborhood feels safe and peaceful. No frills, but no issues either.

We had a great time. The view is beautiful and the accommodation is very clean. Saskia and her husband are very welcoming and thank you again for all the little touches for us and for our dogs

Mechteld and Remco welcomed us wonderfully to the accommodation and picked us up by boat. The location of the house is perfect for a quiet and above all relaxing vacation by the lake. The house can only be reached by boat. There were four of us traveling and we all had enough space in the house. We were allowed to use everything the shed had to offer and were busy every day with boating, paddle boarding or swimming. We had a wonderful stay there and enjoyed the days on the terrace very much. In addition, day trips to Amsterdam or Utrecht are highly recommended, as it is never more than 30 minutes by car. Will definitely visit again.

What an amazing place to stay it with kids, there was so much space around the lodge which all felt really safe to let them explore different activities. There was a quite a few groups there but it was never noisy or overcrowded. The lodges were really cool and different to what we stayed in previously, it did go a little cold one of the nights we were there but they were still comfortable and nice (you can rent heaters if needed). We would 100% come back in the future if we travel that way again. We went for a trip to Amsterdam which was easy to get to and Sprookjeswonderland which I would recommend too with children under 6/7

Would highly recommend this house in Nijkerk. The house itself is lovely and very comfortable. Check-in was very easy and Edgar was very responsive to the one issue we had and it was resolved incredibly quickly. The e-bikes that are available for your use are brilliant and we made good use of them cycling to the local town etc. The park is lovely and very quiet. We really enjoyed the pool. Nijkerk is a lovely town with plenty shops and restaurants. There is also a fantastic restaurant across the road from the park if you want to treat yourself to a gourmet lunch/dinner. It is called Het Sluishuys. This is a great place to base yourself to go to amersfoort and utrect which are very close by car.

Beautiful and relaxing surroundings, great to get away from the city. The experience of having to use a boat to get from the parking to the house it's a bit unusual but it's fun, as long as it's good weather. If you can't or won't row a boat this is not the place for you. Also, some nets to keep bugs and mosquitos away when you open the windows would be welcomed.

Arent's house is full of nature and the interior is very clean and complete. Arent also quickly helped to resolve the issue. On the road, I am very grateful to be able to stay in such a high-quality house.
