Vacation rentals with beach access in Utique

Very nice apartment, the beach is not far. It's very quiet at night. A few streets away is currently still a huge construction site, which you don't really notice. Supermarkets and restaurants are a bit far away, but we knew that:) Sabrine provides you with plenty of information. And Sabrine even makes sure that cuddly monkeys left behind in the apartment end up back with their owner :)

I loved my stay in this apartment! Omar is very responsive and was available and flexible for our questions and requests. The apartment is well equipped with baby essentials (folding bed, booster for the chair, plastic plates and cutlery) and is located in a quiet residence with a beautiful view of the Gammarth golf course. Another asset; the residence has a beautiful pool. We couldn't enjoy it because it opens in early June... We'll have to come back to test it!

Beautiful apartment in a great location where you can find lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. I loved being right by the beach.

Outstanding spot in Tunis! better than the photos in the Ad. Authentic flat with lots of natural light. in the heart of Sidi Bousaid. Nabil was available all the time. Worth what you pay for. I will definitely book again. Highly recommend!

If I could give Dorra 10 stars, I would! I came to Tunis for my birthday from USA 🇺🇸 and Dorra and her amazing team welcomed me with open arms! The stay was absolutely amazing!! The location is convenient and close to the beach, one of many malls, and a plethora of restaurants. It was very relieving to know that I would end my day at this wonderful home. Yasmine and Sami’s place at La Marsa is in a stunning neighbourhood with breath taking views. The apartment is right in between La Marsa and the touristy town of Sidi Bu Said, steps away from the seaside, a 10 minute walk to an incredible fresh food market, the beautiful corniche in La Marsa, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It is well protected from the sun, so it must feel like an oasis in the summer time. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for a month and we felt right at home. Sami and Yasmine are kind, warm, hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their apartment.

Beautiful stay in this little haven of peace in Marsa. Very nice host and easily reachable on Airbnb or WhatsApp. The Airbnb was well decorated, airy, very nice location, nice pool and very nice exterior. The only downside is that you have to use taxis to get around but that's not a problem, taxis are very affordable in Tunisia via Indrive. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment is clean. I recommend it 100%

We had a wonderful stay in this house! The place was just as pictured – very clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Khansa was very friendly, helpful and always available. The check-in was very quick and easy. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back! 😊

I had a great stay! Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made it feel really comfortable and inviting. Dodi was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed — and the amenities provided made the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Very nice workspace, very private, and very large, in the villa district of Carthage between the embassies. With lemon and orange tree in the garden. I thought it was a quiet and good base for the city. I had been in quick contact with the host with any questions. It is not a new building.. If I would like to work for a few days again and relax in Tunisia I would love to stay here again, also to pet the sweet dog again. ps: It's near the presidential palace. When I arrived, I was questioned extensively by the police post and soldiers there. I would advise everyone not to navigate all the way to the house but to get out of the corner at the gas station.

Our stay was perfect. The location can’t get any better. We were close to everything we needed, and especially the beach. I wish our holiday was longer so we could enjoy this place more.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great for exploring La Marsa and Tunis and it is conveniently located next to the TGM train, a large Monoprix and other shops and restaurants. Plenty of room, comfortable beds etc. Really enjoyed the pool and the owners provided some welcome coffees, juice, chips, biscuits etc. Felt like a home away from home, had fast fibre and a smart TV. Would definitely recommend.

Clean and quiet place you can explore the city from. The unit is a lot bigger than it looks in pictures. It’s practically a townhouse. There are two full bedrooms and a nice desk where you can work quietly. There’s a nice quiet garden you can sit in as well. The host does a great job managing it and was very helpful the few times we needed something. I highly recommend this place and would stay again next time I’m in Tunisia.

My friends and I had a great time, incredible value for money. The apartment is perfect for 4 people, clean and cozy. The terrace definitely gives an extra touch, very nice to dine there in the evening. There is also a washing machine. Marwen was very helpful in welcoming us and having the apartment ready for us, he advised us where to go to eat and was very kind in letting us check out after the indicated time. The location is convenient for visiting local places. Recommended!

Bilel is a golden host. He gave me a very good welcome and we communicated during the stay when I had something to ask him about the apartment or the place to park the car. The apartment is conveniently located with Sidi Bou Said and the Marsa Corniche nearby and the place is totally quiet in the evening. Great place to rest in the evening. 100% recommended
