This is a completely private room, with a private bathroom in an elegant and newly remolded building that houses residential & commercial spaces, as well as Ocean Blue Restaurant. We're located right where you want to be in the heart of downtown Utica.

It's a cute spacious ranch on a dead end street. There is a washer and dryer hooked up in the basement. Large rooms with a queen bed in one and a double in the other. There is a large backyard with a patio. Will consider travelers that need longer stays, contact me directly .
