Sjarmerende villa med veldig stort uteareal.

Solvang ligger midt i smørøyet på Brekstad sentrum i et rolig boligområde. Eiendommen er på 5 mål og stort grøntareal gjør at det er mye boltreplass rundt huset, lite sjenanse fra naboer og omkringliggende aktiviteter. Huset er bygd i 1929 og er et sjarmerende hus med mye plass. Brekstad ligger bare en time med hurtigbåt fra Trondheim og Solvang ligger 10 min gange fra hurtigbåtkaia. Ørland tilbyr mye natur, sykkelstier, turstier og historiske severdigheter.

Lad batteriene på denne lille hytta i rolige omgivelser ved porten til Trollheimen. Hytta ligger i et lite hyttefelt i Langlimarka i Rindal, der det er 6 hytter fordelt på 1 km. Hytta ligger i fint turterreng for fjellturer på sommers tid og skiturer om vinteren. Om sommeren er det ca 20 min å gå fra sommerparkeringa. Om vinteren er bare deler av skogsveien brøytet, da er det en 2,5 km skitur opp til hytta. Skuterfrakt av varer kan avtales.

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
