Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Usedom

We had a wonderful vacation in Bernd's Kielhus. We felt completely comfortable. The house offers everything you need to have a relaxing time. The apartment extends over 3 floors, with the bedrooms on the upper floors. It is very spacious, comfortably furnished and fabulously complemented by Kerstin's art objects. The terrace is fantastic as you can watch the breathtaking sunsets from there. Nearby are restaurants within walking distance overlooking the Achterwasser. By bike, you can reach the beach of Kölpinsee in 10 minutes and otherwise the island can be explored very comfortably by bike and train. For larger purchases, we think you need a car, as the nearest supermarket and good bakeries are about 4 km away. Communication with Bernd and Kerstin went smoothly and was very warm. We will be back!!!

I was there in winter. Great apartment to relax and be in nature. The furniture and items take you back to the past and you feel like you can lead a simpler life (positively meant!). The tenant is a friendly and beautiful person. You can talk to her easily and informally.

Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Everything clean and nicely decorated. The slope of the roof can be a bit annoying for taller people (as the previous speakers said). But you don't have to get started;-) The kitchen is surprisingly well equipped, plenty of tea and coffee were in stock and you could use freely. The location was great and quiet (despite the window open at night). Price/quality ratio great. Glad to come back.

We stayed for 6 nights with friends in the house Anni and felt very comfortable. Lovingly decorated and everything sparkling clean. The only drawback: it's called a fishing village, but unfortunately you can't get directly to the water. Either directly to the Baltic Sea for swimming or Kamminke beach was also an option. It didn't bother us very much, as we explored the island by bike anyway. House ANNI is highly recommended, we had a lovely time there. We give it 5 hearts.

The place could not have been better in location, amenities, cleanliness and interior design. There is so much love in every small detail that you fall in love directly with the small wagon and feel right at home - or even better - thanks to the floor heating. The beautiful natural stone floor, the huge garden, the sunny veranda, the comfortable sofa, the two 180 beds, the TV in the golden picture frame as well as the artfully designed bathroom of cups, plates and other ceramic parts will be remembered as well as the beautiful soap dish or the converted forks and spoons (as hooks). I love upcycling (new creation from old things) and the ornate overall arrangement in the small wagon in Stubbenfelde was a definite highlight. In addition, there is the exposed and quiet location between Kölpinsee, Achterwasser and walking distance sea with the fish hunter snack bar, where you can take a small break with drink, ice and the best fish rolls directly on the beach. Conclusion: It doesn't get any better. We will be happy to come back if we could find a gap in the occupancy calendar. Absolute recommendation to those who have peace and nature. We were 9 people and had two nights in Alexandra's beautiful house. Everything we needed was available. We were particularly pleased with the modern equipped kitchen, the possibility to visit the sauna. In the evening, we sat by the open campfire and talked. Was nice and romantic. Alexandra as a host was great: she responded quickly to our questions, gave advice on what to see and experience in the region, what shopping opportunities there are in the area. We were very pleased with the stay at Alexandra's house and would recommend it.

Super cute tiny house. A wonderful view of the countryside from the bed. 2 min to the shore of the lake. Anna was super friendly. Everything is very straightforward. The breakfast was super delicious and very lovingly arranged. The walk around the lake is also great. Nice for a few days in nature and with a lot of peace. 🤗

Jörg and his wife are nice hosts and communication with Jörg was great before and during the stay. The apartment was as described, very cozy and quiet. There was everything you need. The location is also very good, the train station in Putbus can be reached in a few minutes and in ten minutes you are in Bergen. A supermarket is just behind the corner. I can recommend the apartment and would come back.

We were in the apartment to relax from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The apartment delivered exactly this and we were thrilled with the evening frog croaking and the bats. Always happy to come back. The apartment was excellently equipped and left nothing to be desired.

The place was very nice! Very clean, a lot of space and areas to hang out. Loved the sauna, there was a shower gel and tea as well! Recommend!

The place was very lovingly decorated and the apartment very cozy. Babett and her husband were very friendly and easily accessible at all times. The location on the Peene, right on the meadows is very nice and quiet. Wolgast and the Baltic Sea are quickly and easily accessible by bicycle or by car. And free parking is not a matter of course on the island. I felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.

We enjoyed the stay in the modern beautiful apartment very much! The location is great: only 10 minutes by car from the beach and very close to the harbor, shopping center and with playgrounds in the immediate vicinity. Communication with Ewelina was easy and she is a lovely host. I'm sure we'll be back. Thanks very much.

New and well-equipped accommodation with its own parking space right outside the door. On site you will find everything you need including a Nespresso coffee machine. Very friendly communication. The bed could actually be a little wider: other residents of this accommodation have already written that.

Quietly located, clean & modern apartment. Great communication with the host! By car, the property is 10 minutes away from the beach. (Very far on foot, doable by bike) We were satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation!

Conny and her husband warmly welcomed us and offered us a nice apartment that was perfectly furnished and corresponded to the photos. A car is advantageous in the somewhat separate location, but of course we were aware of that. .... We can fully recommend the apartment and location for relaxing days on Usedom and thank Conny for the wonderful time...

I felt completely comfortable! Accommodation was small, but fine. I didn't miss anything and that doesn't happen often, especially in kitchens. Both beaches can be reached quickly, on site and in the area a lot can be explored and hiked. The supermarket was quick to reach the corner. The contact with the staff was very friendly, detailed and accommodating. I highly recommend to stay! Thanks so much :)

Andrea is a relaxed and friendly host! Absolutely accommodating and helpful! She was always quickly accessible and had many good tips for excursions nearby. The apartment was very clean! It offers plenty of space for 2.5 people (although tall people have to duck their heads at some doors). I think the bathroom is great, as there is a shower (also sufficiently large) AND bathtub!! The kitchen is also very well equipped. The balcony is spacious enough to have breakfast or end the evening comfortably and the view is fantastic!!! The garden is certainly a real snack garden in summer/autumn with fruit trees and shrubs.... All in all, we felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this apartment!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Beautifully quiet private-feeling corner cottage. Everything present, of good quality. Due to a short circuit, we were in trouble for a while, but Sandra responded immediately and solved the problem. Wonderful garden to sit in. On the right, the dachas of the locals with rich gardens. Lots of singing diverse birds! Left, the modern villas. Old meets new. Sleep well!

I was with my family in Zinnowitz over New Year's Eve. The apartment is in a quiet location. If you're looking for something quiet, this is the place to be. The way to the beach or the pier in Zinnowitz is relatively short and easy to reach on foot. There are many restaurants and also shopping. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. Some groceries were even provided for a possible breakfast / lunch. Coffee, drinks, milk, toast, butter, jam, pasta, pesto, etc. - all that was available. Shower gel, hand cream, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. were also provided. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. We were even allowed to stay one night longer. Thanks again for that!! An earlier check-in was also possible without any problems, as well as at checkout. We definitely had a great getaway and also a great New Year's Eve.

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It is clear that the preservation and cleanliness of the property is of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and also otherwise everything else you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. You can also walk to the train station in less than 10 minutes and the bus runs in front of the house. Shopping is available in Ahlbeck - here you can get there by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment was therefore an ideal starting point for our activities. There is also a box in the apartment, with all kinds of information and programs, to encourage leisure activities. For questions, or "extra requests" on our part, the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

This is amazing place for out-of-towners to stay. A grocery store with integrated bakery/cafe (and in season, even a strawberry stand) literally on the other side of the street. It‘s an easy, under-10-minute walk to bus stops to the train station or out to the beach. The old quarter of town with shops, restaurants and sightseeing is only 10 minutes away. About the apartment itself: the huge farmhouse-style kitchen with big table means that families or groups of friends can really sit together and visit, even if part of the group needs to rest (as in our case, where some of us were still jet-lagged). Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. All in all, a really charming place to stay in a perfect location. Katja, the host, is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Both thumbs up!

We are totally satisfied with the stay in this beautiful apartment! The place was just like the photos – clean and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the large roof terrace. The host was always friendly, easily accessible and reliably took care of everything related to check-in and stay. The location of the apartment is ideal – shopping is right next door, the city center is just a stone's throw away and wonderfully quiet, as it is located on the courtyard side. We would come back anytime and can really only recommend the accommodation!
