Hallo liebe Gäste, ich vermiete meine moderne Dachgeschosswohnung an Nichtraucher für Ferienaufenthalte ab 2 Übernachtungen, da ich mich viel im Ausland aufhalte. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage in der ruhigen Gemeinde Rueras, Nähe dem Oberalppass und der Rheinquelle. Der Bahnhof von Rueras ist nur 500 m, nächster Skilift (Dieni) ist nur 1,2 km entfernt. Bitte beachten: Bettbezüge, Laken, Handtücher WC Papier bitte selbst mitbringen. Die Endreinigung erfolgt durch die Mieter.

The bright 3 1/2 room apartment can be reached by elevator directly from the underground car park. The attic apartment is modernly furnished. The location directly on the north-south axis makes it advantageous for activities and yet you are in the mountains in nature. We have a garden with barbecue facilities and deck chairs to relax in when the weather is nice. The apartment is furnished to the property standard and designed for 2-4 adults and 1 child. The apartment is located on the largest Kuhalp in Switzerland. It is surrounded by idyllic alpine panoramas and is centrally located on the Urnerboden. Alpine dairy, village shop, church, cable car and restaurant are within a 5-minute walk. You will find a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with one double bed each and in the living area the sofa can also be used as a bed. On the private balcony you can enjoy the magnificent sunset and the fantastic mountain landscape.
