This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Large windows with vertical blinds allow natural light to fill the space. Outside, a grassy area is bordered by trees, providing a view of the inviting outdoor setting. A patio can be seen just beyond the glass doors.

The guest house is located in central Höllviken and very close to many restaurants and shops. Bicycles might be available to lend.

Gæstesuiten har egen hyggelig lille have og badeværelse med vaskemaskine. Der kan være to voksne. Sengen måler 200 x 140 cm. Der er service, elkedel, køleskab og brødrister. Der er ikke køkken. Da boligen ligger meget tæt på Herlev station, vil toget kunne høres. Vi har en velopdragen hund i vores del af haven, som du/I evt. vil møde på vej ind til gæstesuiten. Du/I er meget velkommen. Fantastic unique tinyhouse that fits 4 grown ups or a family with up to 3 kids. You have everything you need: bathroom, toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The beach is 400 meters away. The metro is 500 meters away. The city centre is only 4 stops, and the airport 2 stops. It is a perfect House for when you want to explore the city and need a place to eat and sleep.

Pretty nice place, very clean and private. Well located, a few blocks from public transport and supermarkets. Helena was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend.

In potentially up to three different huts, it feels both close and intimate and so so peaceful due to its location: probably the best you can find to be close to nature on the whole island. Mysig stuga på villatomt med alla bekvämligheter jag behövde. Gångavstånd till hav o restauranger. Eva är en trevlig värd och kom med bra tips på platser att besöka och fina gång-/springturer. Skanör-Falsterbo var verkligen ett paradis, så vackert och fridfullt i skiftet augusti/september!

Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft von Uffe. Sie ist gemütlich und wohnlich sowie mit allem Wichtigen zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet. Uffe als Gastgeber war einfach wunderbar, immer erreichbar und mit seinen Tipps zu Unternehmungen einfach genial. Wenn wir nochmal nach Kopenhagen fahren, würden wir auf alle Fälle wieder bei Uffe schlafen.

Nybyggd (2025) Gästsvit på 45 m²

Alldeles nybyggt och fint boende med egen parkering och uteplats i vackra Höllviken. Värden var trevlig och lätt att ha att göra med. Litet men välutrustat kök där diskmaskinen var till stor hjälp. Vackert sovrum på övervåningen, bra bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet, stort badrum där det också finns tvättmaskin. Nära till badstränder och in till Malmö där vi hade saker att uträtta. Vi är mer än nöjda och återvänder gärna om vi ska tillbaka till trakten.

schönes kleines Häuschen in Gehweite des Strandes. das war mit zwei Kindern sehr wichtig. das Häuschen ist einzigartig und sehr hübsch. ideal ist es für 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder, da der Schlafplatz ausreicht. wir waren eine Nacht dort und haben die Lage sehr genossen.

Monika ist eine tolle Vermieterin. Wir hatten 8 super schöne Tage bei ihr. Der Pool ist beheizt und zum traumhaften Strand ist es wirklich nicht weit. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, so schön war es. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement est situé au calme dans un beau petit quartier à 15 min à pieds de la gare. Nous avons été bien accueilli par Véra qui nous a reçu à notre arrivée. La salle de bain était bien équipée avec des produits douche, sèche cheveux et des serviettes de toilette à disposition. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour tous ceux qui recherchent la tranquillité après une journée de visite. Allez-y !

Nice and well-equipped apartment

Lovely place to stay! The guest house was clean and bright, and part of a beautiful home. The spacious garden was like a little wonderland for my toddler. Excellent for extended stays. We had everything we needed. Location is close to Skovlunde train station, and very short walk to a supermarket. There are also bus stops close by that take you directly to city center. Hosts Dorothea and Jens are very warm and welcoming, they made our stay very enjoyable. Hope to be there again!
