Own guest part on beautiful island Hven.

In our house, the west school on the island of Hven, there is a separate newly renovated guest section that we are happy to rent to you. The guest part has its own lockable entrance and its own patio. It is about 20 sqm and consists of a room with bunk bed 120*90 cm and kitchenette. Toilet with sink and separate shower room with sauna. The house is centrally located on the island of Tuna village, close to the shop and several of the island's taverns yet in a quiet and slightly secluded location with open fields in front of the patio. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

25 m2 clean, nice and cosy annex with all the facilities. There is a double bed (180x200), 2 chairs, table, cabinet, new kitchen with owen, hobs etc., a nice bathroom / toilet and a washing machine. The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.

In-law adjacent to the house, but with own entrance. 10 minutes walk to the beach and nearest S-train, and 22 minutes by train to Copenhagen. A room with a sofa bed (160 cm wide knocked out) and a TV with a kitchenette, dining table and small sofa bed (120 cm wide knocked out). Small toilet/bathroom with hand shower connected to sink and floor drain. See photo.

Large living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The house is completely refurbished in 2021 and has underfloor heating. There is a double bed and single bed, possibility of extra bed. It is close to the sea, Hellerup city as well as Copenhagen. About 5min walk to Hellerup st. by train to Copenhagen or North Zealand.
