My family and I stayed 4 nights. Luis Fernando was very friendly and helpful in suggestions on restaurants, activities and even transportation. He responded in timely manner every time I had questions! Beautiful clean property just like pictures!! Check in and check out was very easy!! Property is located within walking distance to many restaurants and nightlife but if you want to just relax, it is also very peaceful property.

Sandra's place is the best you can find in Santa Marta. You can walk to the bay, there are restaurants, shops, supermarkets a few blocks from the apartment. The apartment is super comfortable, it has everything you need and more. Sandra is a great host, always giving you useful tips on places to go to enjoy the city as a local and not as a tourist. I highly recommend Sandra's accommodation, there are not enough stars to rate Sandra's accommodation, do not hesitate to come and stay in her apartment. Sandra is more of a friend than a host, she makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Thank you very much Sandra for making our stay a great experience, we'll see you again. We had an exceptional stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Alana, who was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Her generosity was evident when she picked up breakfast snacks early in the morning ahead of our planned excursion—a gesture that truly made a difference in our stay. The accommodations were spacious, with ample shelf and closet space that provided convenience and organization. While some of the sliding bathroom doors could use minor repairs, this was by no means a significant issue and did not affect the overall quality of our experience. One delightful bonus was the presence of a charming and tame house cat who occasionally made an appearance, adding a cozy and welcoming touch to the home. Our only regret was not staying longer, as the experience was nothing short of wonderful. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-hosted stay.

Daniela was very attentive during our stay, she was very kind, she thought of every detail and even had everything ready for our pet, her cabin is beautiful and close to the sea, it provides a plus of tranquility by not being so close to the highway, even so you can walk to this beach or to Gaira. The cabin has very good cooking utensils and even a cooler, which made it easy to take our cold drinks to the beach.

We were two families, with babies. Perfect location, easy access to the beach and covered pool area (at certain times under the trees). Couldn’t have been happier!

The apartment is the same as in the photos, very nice and organized, the main bed is comfortable, it has several things for the beach such as a cooler, chairs, balls, the complex is nice and the beach is clean and with few vendors, the restaurant lacks a little variety and the prices are medium to high, as an observation the showers in the bathrooms lacked cleanliness and as a suggestion it would be good to have salt, sugar and oil for short stays to be able to cook with these essentials and not have to buy in large sizes, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body soap that other Airbnbs of this style already offer.

The apartment and condominium are as shown in the photos and the amenities match the description provided. It's an ideal place to rest and relax with the family. The variety of spaces allows for different things to do and enjoy, without having to leave the condominium.

The apartment is comfortable, spacious, beautiful view, comfortable, better than as shown in the publication. Juan is an excellent host, friendly, he guided us and was attentive to us. The area is quiet. I hope to be able to return.

Very nice apartment and well furnished. Good location and above all with a 1A social areas, large, spacious and well maintained. The security of the complex is excellent, there are always guards in all the transit areas and people ready to help with any information. The system for using the communal amenities is ideal with a reservation, there is order and clarity with the rules of coexistence and use of the shared areas. It has private parking, in case you bring a car, and a nice touch is that at the reception you always have wine and water for the guests, and also in our particular case, we had to use the coworking area for a work issue during those days and it was very appropriate and comfortable. If you like to watch the sunset, you have a spectacular view from the balcony to watch the sea in all its splendor.

It is a very cozy apartment, it has everything you need. The beach club is nice, beautiful, there's plenty to do.

The support was very good. The manager helped us with an electrical issue in some rooms. And with the TV. Everything was arranged and we were given the necessary support. The location is perfect. The view is unbeatable. The apartment's setup is excellent. Highly recommended. The only issue was the check-in (it does not depend on the apartment) since at the reception the people are slow and unwilling to help. We had minors and a pregnant person and they didn't help at all. Lots of people and few people helping. This is from the building, not the apartment.

The place is very cute. Jorge is a great host. The beaches and Tayrona Park are beautiful. Thanks Jorge for all the tips, they were very helpful. We'll definitely return to the Colombian Caribbean.

We had a very relaxing time at this place. It’s very close to the beach and right next to a local mall with several options of restaurants, boutiques and a supermarket. Host is kind and responsive. Highly recommend.

I totally recommend this place. Spotless, neat and tidy apartment. Silvia is super friendly and attentive to anything you need. The access to the beach area is very nice, there they have kiosks and tents that are included in an unlimited way for the price of the handle. The beach is very quiet and not very crowded. The building has a restaurant with very good products and at very good prices, it also has beach service, which is much appreciated. The building facilities are very nice and comfortable. We will definitely be back! =)
