Guest room in top area | quiet & near to college

Top of the town neigbhourhoood. My house is located in a very quiet residental area almost at the end of a blind alley. You´ll have no matter to find a parking spot right at my house. If you travel by train just take the bus (line 7) up to my house. A bus stop is about 400m away. It is an easy walk of 10 min to the college campus. Down to the town center it takes you about 15 min by foot. Please feel welcome! P.S. for allergy sufferers: Since 09/2023 I got a German Short Hair Pointer.

Nearby are a pharmacy, Netto, Jet gas station, DM, Rossmann, Deichmann, Tedy. The city center is a 10-minute walk away. Nearest bus stop at Denns. To the castle you walk about 20 min. The room is approx. 20 m2, high, flooded with light, has its own balcony facing the garden (with table and chairs).

Lisa's vacation home on Lake Weißenstadt

Our row end house Lisa is just 5 mins walking from Lake Weißenstadt. I don't live on site, but I can be reached on the phone. The property also includes a large carport. For the little guests there is a big stilt house with a slide and large Sand playground. Shopping and gastronomy can be reached in 10 minutes. The Therme Siebenquell is also within walking distance in about 15 minutes. Tourist tax from 16 years 1.50€/night.
