We felt comfortable from the beginning - the apartment looks exactly like the pictures. Very modern, stylish and the tropical touch reflects the name. A highlight is of course the bathtub with whirlpool function. Our stay was completely successful.

We stayed at Viktor's for the second time and were again very enthusiastic! Everything you need, quiet, clean and great starting point. We will be booking the place again.

We had a great time in Claudia's beautiful apartment! The lakeside location is wonderfully idyllic and the apartment is very modern and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was there. Claudia has always responded to messages in a friendly and prompt manner. We can fully recommend Claudia and her apartment and would love to come back!

We had a very nice time. The booking was relatively short-notice, as we went on vacation very spontaneously for two nights. Manuel was very friendly and helpful and gave us some great tips in the area. In the village there is a 270 m long cave with stalactites that is worth visiting. Thank you again.

The apartment seemed as it has had a brand new renovation, and was very clean. The beds were good, and so was all furniture. The local Wirtschaft is a good place to enjoy a local lunch or dinner.

Very nice stay! Highly recommended! Very nice young family, open-minded and friendly and helpful. The apartment left nothing to be desired! Ultra-modern and cozy at the same time. A safe room was specially prepared for our bikes!

We stayed at Arthur’s placed with our 3 year old and felt like home right upon arrival. There were toys and books available for our little one. Also the apartment had a high chair, travel cot, toddler dishes and so on provided which was really helpful and convenient. The apartment is well located in a very quite neighborhood. Grocery shopping is just a walking distance. We arrived with our car and there was more than enough parking space available. The apartment is very well equipped and everything we needed was available. It’s newly renovated, modern and everything was clean. The bed was comfortable and enough blankets and pillows provided which was important for us. We definitely recommend Arthur’s place and whenever we come back to Bayreuth we will stay there.

Very nice apartment. Great location. Just across the street is Rewe.Several bakeries, restaurants and beer gardens are within walking distance. The old town is also just around the corner. The terrace is wonderfully large and I thought the outdoor blinds were great. The underground garage is spacious and bright.

Everything was great, Lucia was very nice and personally on site when we arrived. The house is super quiet and everything was clean, the kitchen had great amenities and everything we needed was there. The only mini small flaw was probably that a bed squeaked from my girlfriend :D Otherwise everything is great, we will be happy to come back and can only recommend the accommodation.

There's nothing wrong with it. The place is totally beautiful, super clean, nicely processed (no puff) and everything was really thought of. The decor and decor is stylish and not cluttered. It makes you feel right at home. A very clear recommendation. We'll be back!

The hosts both Caroline and Alexander are very friendly and responsive. Communication was perfect and the check in was very easy. The pictures don’t do the place the justice. It’s so much more beautiful than on the pictures. It’s a wonderful place and very peaceful. The house itself is so well equipped. You can definitely tell that the owners spends a lot time and money to renovate it. The house was super clean. The sauna was a hit, also our children enjoyed it very much. We spend a lot of time playing in the garden and enjoyed a local bier garden. I recommend this house to anyone who values privacy and peaceful space, where you can easily relax surrounded by the forest and enjoy waking up in a exceptionally comfortable and beautifully decorated house. Will definitely come back.

We chose this house based on photos and reviews. But reality exceeded all expectations! The house impresses with the most unusually successful interior solutions and perfectly selected accessories, furniture in the appropriate key, the highest quality of household appliances. Convenience and perfection are the best acceptable words. The hospitality of the hosts, the desire to create maximum comfort and the feeling of unreal peace were highly appreciated by us! Special thanks for the highest 5-star hotel quality class of beds, mattresses, pillows! (I travel a lot and can say this! ) This is the most beautiful house in the entire district with well-groomed trees, flowers, and charming landscape design. A good location - among lakes and forests, fields, colorful nature create an atmosphere of relaxation. 5 minutes to a supermarket, restaurant. 30 minutes to Nuremberg. Highly recommended!!!!

We were there with a child and two dogs and felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything. The garden at the back, which is fenced, is also particularly great for dog owners. The communication with the hostess was also very friendly. We felt comfortable all around!

We were allowed to spend 3 nights in this beautiful little cottage and felt very comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet location and the fantastic view with a glass of wine in the evening on the terrace. The place is very well organized and nicely decorated. There is everything you need for a nice holiday. The communication was really great and easy. We had a great stay at Toni's vacation home! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the wonderful scenery and sunset in the garden while barbecuing and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

We had a very nice short vacation with 4 adults in an interesting area! Hikes, for example, to the Walberla and excursions to the nearby area are quite possible from Pinzberg. The best way to get to the starting points is by car. The Bergkirchweih and the city center of Erlangen are easy and quick to reach from Forchheim by public transport (cheap with the Deutschlandticket, a single ticket is quite expensive for the short trip). Bamberg and Nuremberg are also worth a visit. The apartment is spacious, beautiful and tastefully furnished with a lot of natural wood furniture. A nice change is the gander Gustav, who lives in the fenced garden area and greets the guests and is vigilant. Ariane and Roman are a very friendly, open-minded and helpful landlord couple as you wish. In the village, there is a good restaurant and in the surrounding villages, you will find plenty of good beer gardens!

It was really exactly as described, huge, but still cozy living area, a large kitchen, an immediate personal and above all nice welcome. The interaction was nice and above all uncomplicated. The value for money was really fair. We felt very comfortable and, if we vacation in this area again, we will book this accommodation again.

We had a lovely time at Nina's apartment. Check-in was hassle-free, the kitchen well equipped and in 3 minutes you were in the forest. The bed was nice and large, but unfortunately a little too soft for us. Thank you for the lovely stay :)

We were 6 friends who spent a weekend in Bamberg. The living/dining room was the perfect size. 3 single bedrooms that were spacious and nicely decorated. Super recommended!

Bianca is very friendly and attentive, always asked if we needed anything. Her little Daughter is adorable. Everything was perfect and nearby there is a small bakery. The Voigtland is beautiful, we will be back.

We rented the place for the parents-in-law. Calm and clean appartment with a beautiful view, grocery shopping is possible in the neighbourhood, public transport is easily accessible and brings you directly to the city. Michael was super friendly and reactive. We definitely would recommend his place.

Perfect spot for our trips into Erlangen & Nuremberg, supermarket up the road is in easy walking distance, 254 bus stop just around the corner for Erlangen and the beer festival.

That was our first AirBnB experience. The listing and the accommodation as well as the description appealed to us very much. The best part: everything was as described and a little more. So we were positively surprised about things like dishwasher tablets, cosmetics, bed snacks and much more. Describing Daniel and Katharina is a bit difficult, what can you say about such attentive, friendly and courteous people, except: "Thank you for being our hosts" We lacked nothing and we are thrilled with this first AirBnB experience. We only wish Daniel and Katharina nice guests, who are then also completely convinced of the apartment and the hosts. We couldn't have imagined it to be so uncomplicated and warm in our wildest dreams. Thank you - Ingrid and Matthias for 3 great nights in Feilitzsch.
