Must have positive reviews to stay here. Private entry, Mother in law suite, located in the rear of our primary residence. It is a small space, one room, updated, in a safe and comfortable beach community. The space is located in the Upham Beach/Corey Avenue area. One Secure off street parking. No guest parking. No second car. No street parking. No unregistered guests. Outside space is shared with us, but plenty of room to store boards, bikes, other recreational equipment. No parties

We had a great stay at Kristin's place. It was just what we were looking for. Super Simple to access the beach. The pool was great for our son to play after the beach and parking was a breeze. Inside the unit was well updated and clean. The king size beds were comfortable and the balcony was large and a great way to pass by the evenings when our son went to bed. We would stay again!

Loved our stay at Kristen’s place! It was directly across from Upham beach and included all the beach accessories one would need to enjoy themselves! Her condo also had an incredibly comfortable bed and great water pressure. 10/10 recommend!

For two teachers with two young kids wanting to get a beach break to start summer vacation this was the perfect place. It is a quaint space but we had everything we needed and the location and amenities were fabulous. Being able to walk to the beach and having a nice pool was a huge reason why we booked the it and it exceeded our expectations. When we arrived there was sand in the bed and the shower was not cleaned but it was fixed the next day, and when we tried to use the beach umbrella and it was broken, a new one was brought later that day. Kristen is quick to respond, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we would stay there again.

We came here for the VSS conference and found the suite, everything was very satisfying including location, environment, facilities and parking. The only problem is that he water pressure in the bathroom is relatively low. We enjoyed a lot for the beach within walking distance. Thanks for hosting!

Kathy and the Gulfside resort was a 10/10 for us!!! She greeted us and made us feel very welcome from the check in! Everything in our room was perfect! We absolutely loved how she had her own recommendations on what to do around St. Pete’s Beach! Our poolside room was amazing! Probably about a 3 minute walk from the beach which we absolutely loved! Definitely will be returning!
