I can't put into words how incredible our stay at this enchanting house on the lake was. From start to finish, it was a truly magical experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and idyllic getaway. The house itself is a gem of architecture and design. With its large windows capturing the breathtaking view of the lake, and the cozy, tastefully decorated rooms, we felt at home from the first moment.

Beautiful house in a magical surroundings. The only noise you hear is the birds singing! The house has everything you need. It is clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything for cooking and also for doing a bbq (we did it and it was incredible in the beautiful garden) The house is renovated and súper modern and luxurious on the inside. A lot to see in the area. The two bikes were a great addition for small day trips (they fit well for average size adults), it is súper easy and close to go to the grocery store and near by waterfalls, a bike path leads to many attractions along the river. The host welcomed us and showed us the house and gave us recommendations for day trips to hike, bike and eat, super nice! It is also a perfect base camp for road cycling holidays and has numerous mountain roads easily accessible. I wish we could have stayed longer but we definitely want to come back to this beautiful house, breathtaking surroundings and peaceful garden.

And beyond that, so many useful things that make the stay unforgettable, from the perfectly equipped kitchen to the lamps for the terrace to the beautiful seat cushions. After a short meeting with Helmut, we drove up a large part of the mountain to the Enzianhütte. From there, we made an ascent together for about 30 minutes up to the Mauthner Alm. This was quite a challenge for us lowlanders (Lower Saxony), quite steep and close to the abyss, but with fantastic views. Kindly, Helmut even carried some of our luggage up. The location of the hut is really beautiful, a pure idyll with magnificent views in the midst of grazing cows, which often pay a visit. The hut is very spacious and comfortably furnished, you will find everything you need for a few days on the alpine pasture. The fact that we forgot our toothpaste in the car was not bad at all, as a call to the operators of the Enzianhütte was enough and the very friendly operators remedied the situation. You can also eat and drink very deliciously there. Overall it was an unforgettable experience that we would love to repeat.

The villa is beautiful, modern, and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Everything related to the villa was perfect, from the parking space for four cars to the spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. The living room with the fireplace and kitchen added to the overall enjoyment. The terrace and garden with a barbecue are a special highlight, where we spent most of our time, enjoying the stunning view. We would definitely return again.
